Inexpensive Tuition- MNNIT

I first got to know about this institute during my search for a suitable place for me and upon doing a thorough research, I decided to opt for it because of the better NIT tag, inexpensive tuition, hostel facilities and the amazing campus life. Also, the institute had highly qualified and experienced faculty members who will help me achieve my goal. The application process was one through the official website of the college and for the process I was required to pay an amount of INR 1500. The admission process required me to submit my valid CAT scores which followed a PI.

My B.Tech course is a four-year professional degree program available in a semester based mode with written and practical examination conducted at the end of each semester. The course introduced us to fundamentals of data structures and took us forward to software design along with the course on Algorithms. The faculty of my institute are highly qualified with Ph.D degrees in their relevant fields.

My institute offers us a good placement through central Training & Placement (T&P) Cell in approx each & every discipline and its specialization. Many elite and renowned companies have visited the campus during recruiting sessions to hire us for various designations with handsome annual packages. Some of the top recruiters that hired us include Accenture, Adobe, Amazon, Capgemini, Dell, Deloitte, Flipkart, Google, HCL, etc.

MNNIT Allahabad charged me a fee of INR 85,000 per year fir the program and the program was 4-year long, so I had to pay a total amount of INR 3.25 LPA and that included my tuition fee and other expenses. Separate charges were paid for accommodation facilities and mess availability in each semester. Besides, the institute provides various financial assistance and scholarships are also offered. They can be availed during the registration.

My campus area was not so big but not very small at the same time and it contained all the requisite facilities. The infrastructure here was quite good and it had well equipped labs, good lecture halls, along with a cafeteria and a canteen. Environment here was so competitive and supportive and our seniors were also there to help & guide us, plus NO RAGGING. Other than this, the college fests were quite good. My favorite once were CULRAV, which was our annual cultural fest- the most fascinating event of the college and AVISHKAR, our annual technical fest.

There were seven Boys and two Girls hostels and the capacity of boys hostel was 1800 and 145 for girls hostel. Facilities like Geysers and Water coolers with aqua guard on every floor, Books and Stationery shop, 24 hours internet connectivity with 100 Mbps LAN, Guest room, Washing machine, Four Computers, 24/7 canteen, etc were provided to us.

After being selected on the basis of my scores, I was called for a personal interview round. During the personal Interview Round, I was asked questions by panelists to check us on our various aspects.
