Remarks
Admission is done on the basis of jee marks in engineering and Percentage in 12th for other courses, however some seats remain vacant in some core branches where you can apply without jee marks. Admission starts after the declaration of jee mains results and you can apply till June for 3rd counseling.There is 75% attendance criteria, which is followed strictly. It feels like school in this college. If you want a college in Indore and you don't get DAVV IET and SGSITS I suggest you can go for it. If you want to go for CS and IT branch, you should definitely go for it.But If you want to go for core branches, think again. Although it's better than other private colleges in Indore.
Course Curriculum Overview
Course designed is very good according to industry standards but faculties are not trained for it. Some faculties are awesome but more are not worthy, they are just their to earn their livelihood and nothing else.Some faculties have good command in their subject and are compatible to new syllabus but more are not well trained.
Internships Opportunities
Internship are not given in the college but they help you in finding them and as the Pithampur is one of the largest industrial area near Indore they helps you to get an internship there. You get to do your internship in big manufacturing companies.
Placement Experience
Good - A lot of companies came for campus placement mainly IT background. Placements are 100% for computer science department and information technology department. Many companies of marketing came too for campus placement. Some students of core branches were selected in IT and Marketing companies too ( those who were interested). Major recruiter is TCS which takes students of all branches .Other than that the highest package was 18 lacs PA with average package approx 4 lacs PA .Bad - Very few companies (say 1 or 2) came for core branches. Core branches like Mechanical, Civil and Electrical branches do not see much of placement. They get placed in non core companies or IT companies if they want. And the placement cell was not much concerned about it.
Fee Structure And Facilities
The total fee for complete 4 years is up to 5 lacs. And Bus fees is not included in it. At the time of my admission it was 4 lacs for 4 years but every new batch has higher fee than older. Scholarships for SC,ST and OBC students are available as per ugc guidelines.
Campus Life
Campus is green ( not that much) with construction work always running. In 4 years of my college every year I saw a new building . There are many clubs like photography club, cultural club, media club , Hindi club and many others, other than that NSS cell is very active here.
Admission
No there was no such thing as group discussion , interview or written test for the admission. You just had to fill some form and pay some fee. Other than that there is no such criteria. You may have to wait for 3rd counseling for CS branch though.
