An insight to my years in Cresta

The admission process at Cresta was quite simple. We had to go through the counseling process where our course curriculum and details were provided. The college provides scholarships under three different categories that are academics, culture, and sports. Cresta follows guidelines provided by the university of Mysore for all its applications. Overall it was a fairly simple process.

I decided to choose BBA because I have always been inclined towards business management. Coming from a family that's into business, I've always wanted to learn it professionally. The faculties at cresta are experienced and there's a great balance between the ratio of students and teachers. The teachers have a very contemporary teaching process and they get freshness and uniqueness to their respective subjects. They are also very helpful and cooperative when it comes to clearing doubts and will provide full support and guidance to anyone with startup ideas and also with investment opportunities like trading. The faculty is always looking for new opportunities and ideas that always get us excited and it's great to see such engagement from the faculty even during times like this as they kept us going and and there was a lot of positivety. The term exams are fairly apart in duration. But timely practice exams are conducted regularly to brush up our concepts and prepare us.

The fee structure is justified according to me because there's a lot that the college gives us and spending this money does not feel like a waste. There's a lot that Cresta does for us, be it guest lecturers, certificate courses, curriculum activities, social activities and much more which makes us feel that we have spent our money productively. There has been no fee hike. Infact the fee has been reduced due to the pandemic. The college also provides a lot of facilities for underprivileged bunch. Students can avail scholarship facilities according to merit and there's a lot of financial assistance provided.

As far as the campus goes. Cresta has a state of the art infrastructure with a very uniquely designed campus allowing students to feel right at home and creatively think. It has been upgraded with the best of facilities, be it the classrooms or the entertainment zones. It has a very colourful and positive vibe and it's just great to come and learn in an environment like this and keep exploring. Our library is wound around nature making it a very happy place to be in. It is also equipped with everything that is needed and the latest publications and books are available. The events and fests are something that every student is looking forward to. Cresta has a very contemporary approach to everything and it truly believes that co curricular activities and social activities are just as important as studies. Our college has always been known for its activities and events and it's something that students look forward to.
