Internship opportunity

I got to this college by applying for TNEA counseling 2020. In that I had made a choice filling of up to 50+ colleges, I had participated in general quota, I had filled colleges by my orders,1st anna university and then I ranked GCT which is a better option for me. On the day of the Tentative schedule, I got COMPUTER SCIENCE ENGINEERING in KCT Coimbatore, which is also a good college, but I went to Another stage next to the tentative schedule, where I got GCT, with course MECHANICAL ENGINEERING. Then suddenly I had accepted that schedule. After Accepting the schedule, they said to appear college for admission process, the process went smooth, faculty members were of so kind, they came forward and cleared doubts of each and every student by the individual, the admission process held at Auditorium, many students and parents arrived may see lots and lots of people and make many friends at day 1 itself.

I chose Mechanical because machines gonna rule the future. This course is too interesting to learn, but the syllabus is quite huge. Though it is a good course. After joining this course I would have known that, minimum no. Of girls were joined this course i.e. 2 - 3 ... Faculties are student-friendly, they take care of every student and they treat them as their own children. Teaching quality is too good. Teachers are very interactive and very helpful for us. They provide all the materials, PPTs and conduct assessments related to both practical and theoretical parts. Beyond the course curriculum, more extracurricular activities and co-curricular activities are conducted by staff members, which are really useful for us. This college gives us multi-disciplinary knowledge. It is a good college at a very low fee. There were two terms each of duration six months. The curriculum is relevant, the question paper is quite tough and it not that easy to clear exams, but if we read we can.

Almost all students got internships while placement. GCT provides both off-campus and on-campus placement for the students. Tata., Reliance, Infosys, Wipro, TCS, and many tech companies visit GCT for hiring students. From the 2nd year onwards, students are eligible for off-campus placement in companies like Google, Microsoft, Amazon, Samsung, etc. stipend provided by the company varies from company to company. From 3 years onwards students are eligible for internships. Many techs and nontech companies visit our college. Adobe TCS Huandai Infosys ITC LTTS ELGI Almost eighty percent of students get placed

Placement opportunities which have been provided by GCT to students are good. About 98% of the students got placed from every department. Many MNCs visited the GCT campus for placements. Company-specific training is provided to students. The top recruiting companies of GCT are Zoho, ABCO, Robert Bosch, Amazon, Altimetrix, Analytics Quotient, Latent View, and Yahoo. Zoho, TCS, Robert Bosche offered an internship.

Fees structure isn't a matter in this college, a very good college at a low fee, I request to students to join this college for those who don't afford to study private college. I'm damn sure that at a low fee u can't afford these many opportunities. It offers many scholarships, year by year this college affords many scholarships. Scholarship like COMMUNITY SCHOLARSHIP, etc.

GCT campus is a great place to enjoy your college life. Here students only organize every function so we can get more exposure. There is no ragging here and all the seniors behave like your brothers and sisters. There is a wide variety of clubs in GCT like Tamil man dream, Student Journalist Council, Literary and Debating society and mainly NCC, people who love to join army NCC is a great platform for them , etc , these all clubs were organized by students of GCT , here you can enroll and develop your skills. If you utilize the facilities available here then it is guaranteed that you will be placed by the seventh semester. GCT has a very good infrastructure and is situated at a main place in Coimbatore , many hostels were available here, there is a free Wi-Fi facility in the college at every block as well as in the hostel Wi-Fi is free and unlimited. Labs and library are good, the library contains oceans of books, magazines, and weekly newspapers ,etc.

Gct has many hostels , hostels infrastructure was quite good, Three separate hostel blocks are available for Girls. Each and every block has a WI-FI facility in it. There are many rooms available. 3 students are allowed per room. This is the lowest hostel fee in Tamilnadu. The hostel fee is eleven thousand per year. The mess fee is 2000 per year. But hostel food quality wasn't that good, it won't even tasty but we can go out and have good from outside. Hostel Life is HEAVEN IN WORLD. At the time of admission, they would register for Hostel admission.
