Admissions are taken through 12th percentages. Yes, I availed quota in female ews sfs seat in ece branch, The minimum percentage is 60, After 12th and also for droppers. I am a dropper too. The admission process was good. My name was first which was announced firstly in the admission room in the female category. The counselling was very good.
Course Curriculum Overview
It is my favourite stream. I always want to be an electronics engineer. It provides internships and makes industry ready too. Yes, teachers are helpful and highly qualified and they are knowledgeable too. Teaching quality is also very good. They also provide internship and gate classes too and there they also organise personality development programs in college. Yes, they do ready students for industry. Student teacher ratio is not so good. My class strength is 60. And a maximum of 5,6 teachers taught us. There are 2 midterms, one practical and one theory final examination. All examinations are timely. Question paper is not so tough.
Fees and Financial Aid
Fee structure for my course for SFS 74,000. There are many scholarships for deserving and needy students. There are also GAS, TFWS seats whose fee is very optimum, easily payable. There are scholarships for girls and backward class students. Some of the scholarships are Indira Gandhi, AICTE Pragati, TATA housing scholarship for meritorious girls. College also provide internships and job stipend, companies visited for internships and job stipend are TCS, IBM, BHEL, Sopra-Steria etc.
Campus Life
Infrastructure is not too good not even bad but there are all facilities it provides, which you expect from an engineering college. Yes, there is a fully developed library and it provides WiFi too. Conditions for classrooms are also pretty well. There are only girls hostel on campus and that is also of 25 students capacity. Food is of good quality and there is a small canteen also, and good medical facilities. Yes, there is sports and games also and during a particular period of time, they also organise the tournament. There are many social groups, clubs and websites run by students such as LBS, ISB, hobby club, service club, NGO.
