Remarks
The admission process is carried out with the Gitam Entrance Test (GAT). The eligibility criteria for GAT is a minimum of 60% marks in the class 12 Board examination. Based on the rank obtained in the GAT, admission would be given.
Course Curriculum Overview
I chose Artificial Intelligence and Machine Learning as it was my subject of interest and up-and-coming career field. All the faculty are Ph.D. scholars, and the teaching methods are good and effective. Module exams are conducted regularly, which helps us to be prepared for semester-end examinations.
Internships Opportunities
Internship opportunities are given by the Training and Placement cell of our college. The minimum internship duration would be 2 months in our academic field in companies like TCS, Wipro, etc.
Placement Experience
The overall Campus placements are decent. A separate placement and training cell is available, which helps the students to get placed. Reputed companies like TCS, Wipro, Amazon, Tech Mahindra visit the campus for placements. The average CTC is 4.5 lakh, and the highest is around 10 lakh.
Fees and Financial Aid
The fees for The Artificial Intelligence and Machine learning is Rs.300000 per year. Merit scholarships are given on the tuition fees, which are based on the rank obtained in Gitam Admission Test (GAT).
Campus Life
The overall campus life is perfect. A fest named "PRAMANA" is held every year, which is amazing. Classrooms are student-friendly, with good facilities. Sports facilities are good which include Cricket, Football, Volleyball, Basketball, Table Tennis, Chess, etc. A club named Kalakrithi is run by the students, which take care of all the cultural events in the college.
