Course Curriculum Overview
I got into information science and as it was my interest since my school days to learn more about computers and coding. I am happy about the course and the faculty in this college are excellent at the subjects they teach. They are very easy to approach and are available to students most of the times. The teaching methods they use are professional and interactive. I really like that the teachers do focus on those students who are weak in their studies by conducting extra classes whenever necessary. Internals are conducted upon proper completion of syllabus and preparing the students well to deal with various types of questions which we will face in the exams.
Internships Opportunities
Our college has an internship cell that guides students in choosing their internship. An internship can be done in Industry R & D organization research institute, Institutional of National Importance, Research centre, Professional bodies, Reputed public and private sectors.
Placement Experience
There is a placement cell in our college called career placement and bureau. It guides the students with different interests in getting the desired role in an organization or company. It trains students while equipping them with certain professional skills to make them job-ready. Some of the top companies which visited our college are ACCENTURE, DELL, DECATHLON, TCS, CISCO, BYJU'S, BOSCH, BMM, AT & T, ETC. Highest package till date 2020-2021 = 23.5LPA. Average package offer = 5.52LPA.
Fees and Financial Aid
FOR admission through management/comedk The fees are around 23k, For admission through CET, The fees are around 89k, The college has a scholarship section where we are notified of scholarships and can avail them. financial assistance is provided for students who cannot afford to pay the fees completely in one go. I am currently in my 2nd year and I have been able to avail myself scholarships based on my category.
Campus Life
Overall our college has a pretty good campus over 8 acres and is very spacious and laid out, a well built infrastructure and it also feels modern. It has a big football playground. It has a basketball court, Table tennis, Badminton etc. It provides a very good sportive environment. Our campus also has a cafeteria which is the heart of our campus, Canteen on our campus provides excellent meals and activities throughout the day. we have a huge library too, a big auditorium. Our campus main place is a lounge( MINI CAFETERIA ) where informal meetings and discussions go on over and out. Our college supports various clubs handled by talented students which make our college life much more interesting. We also have our college fest called CULTURA which is awesome.
Hostel Facilities
Our college also has a great hostel. Registration for the hostel comes with a college admission form and is a simple process. Various Quality meals are provided by the hostel. The rooms are well maintained and cleaned regularly. It is affordable.
