Entrance Preview
I appeared for CAT and scored 90 percentile. I opted for FORE School of Management because of the excellent study methodology, knowledgeable staff members and good placements.
Course Curriculum Overview
Course structure was well planned out and detailed. Students get exposure to ask areas of Management in the first year of the course and specialise in their chosen area in the second year.
Internships Opportunities
Yes internships are provided. 8-9 years back, stipend were in the range of 5k -10k. Overall experience is good. Great learning and excellent exp exposure to corporate.
Placement Experience
Placements are really good. Almost 98%students get placed in top organizations. On an average the package offered was 6 lacs in 2007.
College Events
Lot of events were celebrated. College annual fest, annual marketing conclave, hr conclave were few of the highlights. Apart from these, we used to participate in various inter college events. Also we used to have fresher party, farewells, festival celebrations etc. In our college.
Campus Life
Overall experience is good. Students get good exposure. Management is transparent. Good gender ratios. Students from all walks of life study here together. We are like family. Good environment.
Alumni/Alumna
Alumni network is very strong. College keeps holding alumni network every year. We have different cities chapters of alumni network. Very strong job referral also through alumni.
Exam Structure
Exams were written exams as well as lab/project based.
Faculty
Faculty is quite knowledgeable, having a mix of corporate as well as teaching background. They always emphasis on real life learning rather than only on bookish knowledge.
