Remarks
A person is selected on the basis of entrance test marks, person with above average rank are given the regular type that comes within low annual fee criteria approximately 5500 while those with average scores are given self- finance type which accounts for 21000 annually. There are some seats reserved for the backward classes, for giving them equal opportunities to education. The day of counselling is mostly concerned with the document verification process, verifying the certificates in case of any quota registration if any, just a normal interrogation on school marks, rest is done.
Course Curriculum Overview
Semesters are timely scheduled and executed. Passing the exam would not be an issue until and unless a student does not have any idea about the subject he/she is going to appear for. Including valuable good point, giving a sequence of introduction body and conclusion and a satisfactory content would please the examiner.
Internships Opportunities
Internships available were more in the human resource role with a stipend of 2k-3k back in 2017. Internships were provided mainly by the college itself. Managing records and daily scheduling of activities.
Placement Experience
The highest package bagged was with Wipro with 3.3 lakhs as a customer care representative. Out of 60 students sitting for the interview, 30 got selected. However, I like enjoying holidays and teaching children and a less burdened job therefore I have selected my path as a teacher.
Fees and Financial Aid
The scholarship is available for minority and low-income groups from the government even more than the program fees in the college, however, the scholarships get sometimes defaulted. Internships are provided but one has to first enquire about the same. For placements, there was a call from loan dealing banks as such HDFC, Bank of Baroda. Wipro with a package of 3.2 lakh (Noida) as a BPO and KCL visited with a package of 1.46 lakh as a stock and bond dealing operator (Lucknow). Graduating as a bachelor in Commerce with a 16000 program fee of 3 years I got a placement as a customer care representative with an annual salary of 3.2 lakh which was a great return. Again I would suggest not to opt for BPO's until and unless you dont have your own career goal. Even tata visited our college for giving youth Employability training and thereby providing jobs to selected candidates but the process of our interview got failed due to lockdown.
Campus Life
Not many but yearly two programs are majorly considered one being Aazadi organized on 15th august the other including artworks and academic competitions. Students need not buy any book unless prescribed by the teacher. The library is equipped with subject books for all students, novels newspapers and magazines. Classes are well equipped with benches, proper electricity flow, unhampered doors and windows. Games and sports debates and competitions are often organized on the campus with refreshments prize recognition ceremony. Social groups as such NSS (National Social Scheme) is activated by the college department but it concerns more of a sanitation help in the rural areas therefore students are very less active in that scheme. There is no such group run by the students.
