Remarks

I got admission through the MHACET entrance exam to the SKN Sinhgad school of business management, Ambegaon, Pune. I got 62 marks in CET AND I got admission from the open category. There was no Group discussion and personal interview for the admission process.

Course Curriculum Overview

Facilities are very best and well experience they are acting as our mentor and guide us in our study as well as our overall development. Most of the faculties are PhD holders. There is one student for every 15 students.

Class Size: 65Course Fees: INR 120000 per year

Internships Opportunities

Our college provides us with internship and we get paid internship and sometimes performance based internship. Companies like Talent serve, skill arena, Atlas and also well reputed companies are coming for internship.

Placement Experience

We have centralized placement for the Sinhgad Institute so that we can apply for lots of companies. WIPRO, JIO, IDEA, IBM are some of the companies that come for placement every year for placement. They offer an average package of Rs. 3,50,000/- and the highest package is 10,00,000 to 12,00,000.

Fees and Financial Aid

Fees for the MBA (Financial Management course) is Rs. 1,20,000/- per year I have taken admission from the open category so I got the benefit of government scheme EBC. So instead of Rs. 1,20,000/- I paid Rs. 67,505/- for one year.

Campus Life

Life at the campus is very good. Our campus is fulfilled with lots of facilities like a sports club, gym etc. Our college conducts various functions and sports events once a week. Our campus is the best in Pune.

My SBS Journey

Placement Experience:

During my time the first company that visited our organization was Naukri.com, and feel proud to say that i got placed in the same organization. I am very happy with my placement. But talking about my peers. Number of companies who visited to our institute was compared to low as per our expectations. Majority of the companies who visited the institute were sales based organizations. Very less companies for finance and HR field. This made a difficult call for students.

Not a dream college but a real one

Placement Experience:

The placement scenerio at our caollege can be described as average overall. Most recruiting company belong to the banking and supply chain sectors. Marketing students generally have better placement opportunities, while finance and HR students do get job, though the package are not very high. Buswiness analytics has limited scope as very few companies visit the campus for the roles in that domain.

from 2 sem you get to apply from interships and from 5th sem for placements ,i applied for only company which was tiaa one of the most biggest mnc in india who is direct compitator of jp morgan , i got a package of 6 lacks ctc per anum but the highest package was 12 lacks , the college has a policy that all student gets placed no students are left behind

Promising campus with room for better faculty.

Placement Experience:

After sem 4 we get final placement companies in the campus there are total 200 plus companies come to the campus till september to november almost 35 companies already come to the campus. The companies are ICICI, HDFC, RISHAB WORLD, INSYNC, DENSTU, ITC, BHARAT ELECTRONICS, CORDELIA CRUISE, MORNING STAR, NOMURA, NYKA, NAUKRI.COM. the highest package was given by a company name bharat electronics for HR specialization is 12 lakhs per annum. Almost in my time there 35percent get placed. I plan after degree is first 3-5 yrs in corporate lufe then after own business.

To be honest there are placements but the placements are like no one want to be there it is just something unacceptable for the HR students . The promises the long talks are all false and they doesn't focus on students future and career rather they care for just attendance

I did choose this course as I am genuinely interested in management and if it is healthcare management that makes me excited. There is a different teaching faculty for each and every subject. The faculties are highly qualified market professionals and experts who teach in an extremely interactive and practical way. They are very supportive. There was one exam conducted per semester which included projects and written exams.

Remarks:

No such bad remarks though. As the college is very superior and one can take admission with complete ease as the college faculty, staff, workers are very helpful and there motive is very clear and remarkable. This college surely helps students in grooming and enhancing skill to the top.
