Remarks

I applied for kiet, srm, thapar institute of engineering and technology, bennett university but I got admission to bennett university because I am not selected in other colleges. There is no quota for admission only those who will get the highest marks and if the seat is available then they got admission. There are no criteria of age. The admission process was smooth.

Course Curriculum Overview

I choose this course because I want to explore the field of computer science engineering. I want to explore new technologies related to AI, blockchain, etc. The faculty of bennett university is very good. They solve all the queries related to subjects very easily and they are very friendly. The faculties are from IIT's, NIT's, IIIT's and other foreign universities. The exams were held every 6 months.

Class Size: 440Course Fees: INR 500000 per year

Internships Opportunities

The companies that offer web development and software engineering roles are TCS, Microsoft, Amazon, Adobe, etc. These companies give around 1 lakh rupees monthly stipend. There are many projects that are running in our college and many of them become successful.

Placement Experience

The students get placed in different companies from the 7th semester. The companies that are visited in our college are TCS, Adobe, Amazon, etc. The highest package that is awarded to the student is 44 LPA by Microsoft and the average package is around 6.5 LPA. Around 90% of students got placed in different companies. My plan is to become a software engineer in one of these companies.

Fees and Financial Aid

The fees hiked every year according to the strength of the class. My tuition fee is about 350000 per year. The student who scores the highest marks will get a 100 % scholarship. There are many facilities for loans etc. in our college. Their many companies who visit our campus. The highest placement happened is 44 LPA.

Campus Life

The life campus life of our college is very good. There are many tech fests and an annual festival that takes place timely like uphoria, sportsfest, hackathon etc. The library is very clean and full of new technology. The books are available all time. The sports and extracurricular activites are highly appreciated in our university. There are many Indoor and outdoor games facilities in our college. There are many social groups and clubs in our college.

Hostel Facilities

The hostel is very good and clean. Every week the room cleans twice. The fees of the hostel are around 150000 per year for 2 beds room and for 3 beds room the hostel fees is 125000 per year including laundry and food. The mess is very good and the food quality is also very good. The registration process was very smooth. We had to just only show our ID card to get to our hostel room.

Placement Experience:

After 6 th semester you are eligible for campus placement. Many companies are comes likes Accenture, Cognizant, Wipro, TCS, Infosys, Tech Mahindra, Cagegimini etc and they offer decent package. Highest package 3000000 and average package 400000 and profile offered as for company required. 80 percentage student get placement. Take a placement in good MNC company.

Actually I didn't research on the placement. But in college campus I saw many boards of placed students and the average package is around 4-4.5lakh per annum.and college data says about 90%of students are placed. I am preparing for both off-campus and on campus placement.

Placement Experience:

Our college offer good placement it has average placement of 11 Lpa. Highest package of 52 lpa in Google. There are many company like TCS, L&T, GOOGLE, MICROSOFT, IBM and many more visited our college. If you have CGPA greater than 7 then you are eligible for maximum placement drive. I choose this course because I want to be a software developer. The faculty are very kind and helpful. Almost every faculty member has completed there post-graduation from various established colleges. The examination scheme is a little bit slow here. Students can pass their semester exams if they are paying at least 45 per cent of their concentration.

Bennett University worth or not ???

Other colleges I applied for were -- VIT Velore, SRM University, Manipal University and sat for counseling too. The reason I didn't take admission in these colleges was mostly because of the distance from my home. I wanted a good college near my hometown and Bennett was the perfect candidate. It was close to my home city, provided the course I wanted to take and had a decent average package. The curriculum, fests, infrastructure and in general living conditions here at Bennett University are better than those at other colleges. But the placements and the education quality need improvement. The admission process is pretty simple: just register on the website, then fill out the form. Life at Bennett University

The admission here is simple and the reponse of the admission committie and the IT department here is excellent, This college was not on my list to begin with but i ended up choosing this college because of the facilities provided here and also if your are truly wiling to do good then this college will help you , There is not much of a eligibility criteria you must atleast get 60 percentage in board to make it here, For the other college there werent much facilities and i just didnt worked much hard to find colleges but i dont regret my decision alot.
