Course Curriculum Overview
I was studying in IT branch. Uttar Pradesh technical university decides our curriculum which is nice. I got to know about a lot of things during my B.Tech. There are lot of difference subjects which helps to grow ourselves in corporate world. I studied subjects of different streams like electrical, Mechanical etc.
Internships Opportunities
No, this college does not provide any internship. They don't have any tie-up with an y IT company. Some students did the internship because they had sources in companies.
College Events
There were several events happened durin my B.Tech. We organized several events. My batch was very active. We made those events successful. Even Today's faculty can remember those events. Now college has a nice auditorium in which several events happens.
Fee Structure And Facilities
Again, UPTU decides the minimum fee structure after that college add some fee according to their need/facilities. When I studied then fee was structure was OK. Not too high or too low. So for me it was feasible but tearm feasible depends on individual family how much they strong to spend on fee.
Fees and Financial Aid
Yes, UPTU gives the scholarship to the poor students. You have to give the income certificate to the UPTU OR college then you will get the scholarship decided by government.
Campus Life
Gender ratio was ok. You can say, there were 2-3 girls out of 10 boys.Labs were ok. There wre enough instruments to learn. There were no competition such as robotics. But yes sometimes we did participate in debates. Apart fro that college organised a tournament once. In which there were several games happened.
Hostel Facilities
I didn't acquire the hostel. But I had several friend who owned the hostel. Food was OK not too good. Facilities were not good. Overall students were not happy in hostel. Several students left the hostel after completion of first year. So overall I would say, neither hostel are not good in this college nor too bad.
Alumni/Alumna
Yes, college invites us every year for alumni meet. We get chance to meet our seniors and juniors. College spend good amount of money in these meetings.
Exam Structure
UPTU decides the exam structure. Exam structure are same for all the colleges. So I would say UPTU is good. You will get all type of questions in the exam. Some of them will be very tough and some of them will be easy. Means you can pass the exam easily but if you want to score high then you have to study.
Admission
I got 28000 rank in UPTU exam. I went to the counselling and fill up UCER college for IT branch. Then I got a seat in this college. This is the whole process. I also talked to several friends about the college. I got the positive reviews and so I selected this college.
