I applied for the MBA program at Shri Mata Vaishno Devi University, Katra. Marks criteria are not much more than 60 percent aggregate in bachelors. The admission process is not much complex. The student needs to upload his her document and simply get enrolled into his her favorable program
Course Curriculum Overview
I chose the course as I wanted to have detailed knowledge about the market so by doing mba I would be physically and mentally prepared to face the market. The faculty here is nice. Every member is a Ph.D. holder and experiences 15 years to 20 years im the teaching line. Exams here are not much difficult and markes can be easily scored here.
Internships Opportunities
Interships of small startups jk bank, hdfc bank , and other banks is provided here. With a minimal stipend. Project work is also taken after the completion of the internship. Further presentations are also held to know from the students about the outcomes of the intership.
Placement Experience
After 3 sem students are eligible for the placement here. Companies like tcs, icici, Shri ram insurance, hdfc, and other MNCs visit the campus. The highest ever package was for 18 lacs per annum. Average percentage of students here ranges from 7.4 to 10 CGPA An entrepreneur is my further plan.
Fees and Financial Aid
Fees have not yet hiked here. The cost of study here is not too much. Scholarship schemes are provided to deserving candidates. Placement here is I will say an average. Not many companies visit the campus.
Campus Life
Books are available in the library. A very good atmosphere is made. The classrooms are big and spacious. Sports and other curricular activities are well promoted here. Online promotions through social media handle very well functions here
Hostel Facilities
Simple just need to upload certain documentation amd fill the fees. Affordable hostels with great living standards 24 hours electricity, wifi on-campus atmosphere around too good. No PGs available nearby.
