MBA FROM SMVDU

Institute of management science was the college I applied and the poor placement was the reason, that I made a mind that I'll not do my MBA from here. No quota was availed by me in SMVDU. For taking admission you must have marks above 50% in your graduation and there is no such age limit. There was no such counselling day while I was taking admission here.

I choose MBA just because I know it gonna help in making my future secure and its have good value in the corporate world also for 87 students there is 10 teacher. Most of the teacher here is a gold medallist of MBA and PhD holder. This time exam was late due to the corona situation and the sudden rise of the corona case in the UT.

Currently, I'm doing an internship in the Maruti Suzuki showroom with a good stipend and my role is to contact the interested people who recently showed interest in buying our products and try to get a sale for my company. My HR daily gives me a list of contacts to contact to reach out the potential buyers.

After the completion of 2 sem student's is eligible to sit for the on-campus placement ICICI, Kamdhenu, Berger is the companies that come here to recruit. The highest package - 420000, lowest package- 320000. 50-60% I guess student to get placed here. I'll be working in a company from where I'm doing an internship.

When it comes to the cost of study, it is quite affordable as compared to the other B SCHOOL and it cost around 400000 approx for 2 years and if we avail hostel facilities it will cost overall less than 5 lakhs. No scholarship is availed by me.

Tatva is the management fest which is organised by the management student in which we invite other B School student to participate in our fest, next is vikalp fest which is organised by the social group of NSS student group. The library of our college is quite big and it has numerous numbers of book and journal in the library. For sports there are sport event has been organised by faculty and many cultures activities also organised by student and there are big grounds and big auditorium to do these things. NSS, ABVP are the two groups.

In MBA each student have separate room and room are cleaned on time and the furniture is quite good and washroom are not that good. The meal is quality is very good and the menu also changes after a period of time. For registration, we just have to pay hostel and mess charges while paying per sem fee i.e 22300 approx. No PG was rented.
