Remarks

College management failed to control disturbances and in providing conducive atmosphere to students.

Entrance Preview

EAMCET exam, scored 90 percentile in this exam. Opted for this college as that was the best choice available then.

Course Curriculum Overview

3

Course curriculum is good. we had foundation courses, common for all the branches during the first year of studies. we get to know about a bit of all the other branches. courses related to our major are taught in the subsequent-years.I had opted for mechanical engineering. we had advance lab courses during final years.

Internships Opportunities

No. Internships were not provided by the college. Only project works were the opportunities for students.

Placement Experience

1

No placements were available. However, some of the passing-out meritorious students were absorbed as teaching staff by college. No campus interviews were arranged by the college management. Students have to find their opportunities thru news-papers, referrals and other sources.

College Events

1

We had good time during the first-year, with sessions and speeches of accomplished persons, arranged regularly by our principal, during the 2nd year, our principal left and subsequently we could limit ourselves to routine activities like hostel-day and college-day. not much to mention.

Fee Structure And Facilities

Fees structure is feasible for the students hailing from middle-class. otherwise, help from government sources or other means required. The fees have remained same throughout the four years. there were no special or additional charges. hence, it was predictable for budgeting.

Fees and Financial Aid

No scholarships or incentives to deserving students were arranged by college management. we had to find from other sources if needed.

Campus Life

3

Campus life gave mixed experiences. sad part is that, most of our academic days have been lost due to student-agitations and faculty-agitation during initial years. not to mention the distractions due to prolonged shut-down of college. Labs and sport-facilities are average. nothing significant.

Hostel Facilities

2.5

Hostel facilities have been poor. we were housed in temporary structures. toilets were bad. faced problems consistently with water quality. food was alright. non-veg was served about 3 times in a week. we were allowed to shift to better facility during final year.

Alumni/Alumna

We had an alumni meet at the college during early 2000s. good time and discussions with old friends and faculty.

Exam Structure

Annual exams were conducted by the university board. Internal exams, tests and assignments were conducted by the college faculty. there was some percentage weightage for the internals. day has been chilled for the serious students and has been tough for the easy-goers. good faculty always made the difference.

Admission

Notification was issued after EAMCET in June. Forms were obtained by mail. There was an assessment based on overall score of Intermediate and EAMCET exams. interview slots are allocated for the select list of students. oral interview was conducted by faculty members. subsequently,we were informed if our choice is available or not.

Faculty

3

Faculty has been good to average. During first year, we had faculty who are really committed and well-experienced, under a strong-leadership. however, during later years, we faced exodus of faculty due to issues with management. Some of the new-recruits did well, though lacked experience.

Course Curriculum Overview:

I have chose mechanical (robotics). As they euipped with new equipment's of robotics I have inspired a lot and chose to go with this course. This course helps to understand the mechanical engineering an also robotics. It helps us to understand about the mechanism in hardware. It helps to understand about robot infrastructure and about drones. For this course if there is more depth in robotics subjects than it can better. The frequency and timing is good as they maintain a certain period of time gap between the exams and the difficulty level is also good. If studied for a week we can understand up to some level and have a chance to pass the exams.
