The admission process was very simple all we have to do was have a score of any management aptitude test and then apply for the college we want to get enrolled in.The minimum mars needed for a cat was 600. After my marks for MAT came I applied in respective college and the date for interview came to me through mail
Course Curriculum Overview
I did choose this course because I always aimed of working in the finance department. I have a huge interest in Finance. Talking about VIT its is best known for its placement and teachers. The teachers at V.IT are best known for teaching.The teachers here are highly qualified to hold more than 15 years of experience.And some of them have been abroad and taught students. Taking about exams is divided into two parts first is a midterm which is held at the mid of month and the other is Final exams held at the end of the trimester ( three months sem)
Internships Opportunities
The internship offered to me was as an associate finance intern at hedge funds but to other students, the roles differ based on their specialization so it becomes an internship with respect to the respective fields. like sales and marketing intern for marketing majors. operations head for operations majors, HR associate for HR major
Placement Experience
After the 7th trimester the students become eligible for placements The package offered by companies goes to a pretty good level of 15-20 lakh. Though it all depends on the marks and the students of how they perform and which company turn in to take them
Fees and Financial Aid
The fees are as reasonable as the course at VIT.VIT offers you the best be it in terms of education,placements, internships (which is paid), and the curriculum designed by it. The students with valid reasons are given some fee relaxation if went through official procedures and granted permission by authority.
Campus Life
The annual fest is gravitas conducted every year by VIT where they offer technical and cultural activities and at last, they host a night show calling in the famous singers across our country. There are various clubs starting from painting to technical activities any interested student can get enrolled a dbe part of the club.
Interview Experience
The topics of GD were very common based on social happening and awareness.The panel took interviews as of why do i want to pursue MBA and what do I want to become out of it. The mantra which helped e cracking the interviews was being honest and true to the questions asked by me.
