Campus Life with opportunities.

I have applied for jee mains as I was willing for iit but the criteria weren't fulfilled. I have applied for aktu counseling also but unable to attend due to some personal issues. The selection in the course is on the basis of counseling through aktu. There is no age restriction for the sake of admission but yes the student must have scored 60 percent and above in high school and intermediate. The admission was also through the management quota. But I got admission on the basis of my aktu entrance exam score.

I have chosen electronics and communication engineering due to the boom of opportunities and also a good profile in govt jobs. Faculty is quite good on the campus but there is a bit shortage of faculty in the institute. The teachers are well qualified and talking about the exams it is performed at frequent rates. If the student has studied well throughout the semester the exams are no big deal to clear. Faculties are mostly contained doctorate degree and teaching methods are also quite well.

There are much more internships offered by the college. College is providing us with the latest updates on Internshala and also an internship by Cisco. The courses by Coursera and Cisco have been provided by the college. But still, we are looking for internships outside the college. Cisco has kept the criteria for completion of courses and projects in packet tracer. Also, some internships were based on web development were also introduced. Intership through NIIT is also there.

When the student is in the 7th semester they become eligible for placement. Wipro, tcs, hexaware, micromax, judge group, and many more visited the campus for campus recruitment. I am not aware of the number of jobs offered. The highest package was 8 lakhs and the average package reaches almost 3.6 lakhs for each student. The percentage of students getting placed is about 85 percent Placements are offered on the campus. The placement rate is good but it's more in the IT sector. So I have planned for gate and off-campus placements. I have also planned to opt for ESE and govt jobs. And also I have no issue with campus placement I will go for that too.

Fees I personally feel are a bit more than expectations. The fee is 1 lakh 25 thousand per year. According to placement drive jobs are a bit less in the core sector in comparison to the fees taken. Instead, there are more opportunities IT sector. Yes, scholarship is provided by the govt i.e up the scholarship. It provides 50 percent of the institute fee refund to the students of general categories and almost the whole institute fee refund for the Sc/St categories. Jobs that are provided by the campus are about 3.6 to 8 lakh per annum package. And placement rate is also good. But as stated earlier it is for It sector more.

Campus Life is good but we haven't experienced due to covid but yes annual fest of the college held i.e. kolahal which is conducted in the month of February and college have various clubs like robotics club, society of electronics and communication which provides you the platform to improve your personality events are held in every 15 days. Infrastructure is not up to the mark. But the availability of the book is good in the college every kind of book is available in the library. The classroom is much not comfortable but the environment is good students are friendly.
