I applied for admission to jammu University and SMVDU . I got selected in both universities. Both University is good in their own way but when it comes to the placement part you will found Jammu University lagging behind as there you will not get much placement opportunities. For admission to SMVDU you have to score MAT or CAT and followed with GD/PI.

The best part is their punctuality. Exams will conduct on the same day which they say earlier while the beginning of the course. whatever happens, it will conduct on the same day. You will face difficulties to score good marks. If you want to score more don't miss any lecture and revise daily whatever they taught

Every year many companies came to offer summer internships. And the roles you will get of the executive employee. ICICI , Trescon, Shriram are some of them. they will also offer you a stipend not all but some of them or you have to find on your own. After the internship you have to submit your reports and there will class presentation about your internship on which you will get scored

You have to score 7.5 CGPA. If you want to sit in the placement process. A lot of companies come here every year some of them are TCS, HDFC, ICICI. The average package is about 4.5 lakh which is not bad in the beginning. 80% of students every year get selected in the placement process every year rest wants to start their own venture or want to find a job on their own.

You have to pay around 4 lakhs for the whole MBA course excluding hostel and mess fee and you will get scholarship opportunities on the basis of your MAT/CAT score and afterward on your SGPA. You can get a scholarship up to 100%-50% it depends upon your percentile and the SGPA you score in every semester.

I'm pursuing my MBA in the Covid period. I don't have much knowledge about the annual fest but from seniors, I heard about the annual fest that they call famous personalities. You can avail of your library facility. Sports activities also done there between hostels and even between departments also. Infrastructure is also very good. Hostels are very good and the mess food is the best you will never get that tasty food in other colleges

You will get a single room. There is one room for one student and you will get wifi(fiber) on the whole campus. The meal is also very good as compared to the meal you will get in other colleges. The registration process will be done with the admission process and the fee is not that much high as compared to other universities. They don't give the option of rent a room or PG if you want to take admission there you have to take hostel and mess facility too.

Yes, you have to go through with GD/PI during the admission process. The interview is not that much tough. You will be asked about yourself and they will ask the questions according to your profile. Just be confident while answering them .they just want to see whether you have the capability to do this course. Do your profile suites with the course. If you think you can then you will not face any problem.
