It is of more government culture getting things done in slow manner any individual who has clear idea about future and can use the resources the would be the best university to join.

Pondicherry University entrance exam at All india level. i have written MBA entrance exam and got 65 rank. I opted this college for the following reasons 1. cost effective 2.diversified culture 3.known for its School of management course.

I have studied the course Masters of business Administration in Banking Technology with the specialization in finance and Systems, course was designed as per the industry requirements covering all the banking basics to master level. highlite subjects are commercial banking in india, investment analysis and portfolio management, smart banking technologies etc.

Yes college do provide but that us restricted to research scholars who got GATE rank and based on availability in respective department, by interviews internships are provided on monthly basis stipend.

Placements are provided in only few courses like MBA, MCA, Mtech & statistics. companies include some banks like AXIS, ICICI, SIB, HDFC, kotak mahendra bank etc IT companies like Oracle, TCS, HCL, Accenture, Zaffin etc and few marketing profiles in practo technologies, hi design , icici prudential, icici securities, decatholon etc.

Since it is a diversified campus with students almost from all parts of the country, many regional events are conducted for example ONAM for keralites, UGADHI for andhra like wise many events, also some film festivals are conducted every 3 months once other than this university celebrations each year.

Fee structure is very feasible since it is a central university coming to MBA course structure semester fee is 5000 and extra fee like placement fund , lab fee, library fee etc on a whole it is seventy two thousand rupees for two years. beside the hostel fee we have to pay that is six thousand per semester including some three thousand refundable amount.

Scholarship is available for the category students and not for all, beside that semester top 20 percent students will get two thousand rupees but it takes long time to get sanctioned loan facility is there provided by indian bank which is located in university campus itself.

Gender ratio is almost same as equal opportunities for boys and girls huge campus with almost all the sports available each year they conduct inter college level competitions where all colleges participate and prizes would be distributed labs it depends on course wise few has very good resources and few yet to be improved.

Hostel facility is not bad but for the cost we are paying it is reasonable. three students per room, for international students AC rooms are available on first come first serve basis, coming to food is it not so good for the north students as items will be of mostly south style break fast is very good but lunch is very boring with the same items everyday and dinner many people prefer to have outside as only few items would be provided again it depends on individual interest.

Alumni network can be improved as of now limited interaction is there as faculty shows less interest on alumni meets saying no funds to conduct alumni meets definitely senior students were very helpful right from the first day academically and all other activities projects selection and all other doubts regarding placements.

Exams were conducted semester wise having a day gap from exam to exam with the question paper set from outside professors & and reasonably difficult for scoring coming to labs with one external faculty & one internal faculty followed by a viva other than semester exams we have internal exams twice for each semester in each subject.

Pondicherry university has its own entrance exam at India level, i have cracked All India rank 65 and counselling has been conducted 1 month before the classes begun, i have attended teh counselling and choosed my interested course MBA Banking Technology. to my rank and in general category seats were available and through that i got admission into MBA along with that hostel seat is also given for every student who got admission there.

Faculty are of mostly PHd holders thereby very much experienced in teaching, though few research scholars who take some of the subjects they are good in serving. one point to be noted here is they are of old and few of them are not that into trend following as per the market changes. but still freedom is there to learn as per our interests and in choosing project as per our interested area.
