MBA FROM SMVDU

Institute of management science was the college I applied for but due to its poor placement, I didn't opt for this college. No quota was availed by me for taking admission in smvdu. For taking admission in smvdu we need to first fill the admission application form the smvdu official site and the fee of the form is 1200 and we need 50% minimum marks in our graduation to take admission here and there no age limitation here There was no conselling day arranged by the smvdu .

As i have done b.com in my graduation doing MBA is the obvious choice for me to go for MBA degree as it has good value in the market and if you have done MBA there is a high chance of getting good salary good promotion in the company There are 10 teachers and 86 student on the campus Most of the faculty members are well educated and are GOLD MEDALLIST IN MBA AND HAS DONE PHD, but their teaching style is a bit old school and not upto the mark for me. It's kinda difficult to pass exam here teacher don't give number easily here and they don't give break in between the exam and the exam was late in our academic year because of corona

Icici and Sri ram are the companies that offer more intership to SMVDU students more and they signed them the role of salesperson, each student has to sell one policy in a week or more to start their internship and the internship dont have a good stipend. THERE IS PROPER 15 days orientation days goes and induction program which gives clarity about the task and role

In SMVDU after the completion of 2sem students are eligible for on-campus placement. ICICI, SRIRAM, kamdhenu ,etc ate the companies that come here for the recruitment 50-60% of student get easily placed and it depends on the student's capabilities whether he is able to get the placement or not most of the time I'll be starting my own new startup

The fee for the course is a bit high when we compare it with Jammu university and meet college beacuse their 1 sem fee is between 50k to 80k but smvdu MBA fee for. 1 sem is 98500 which is a bit higher according to me. For 2year its cost around 400k rupees to you and there was no specific rise in the fee it has been remain same from the last 2-3 years No scholarship is availed by me.

Titiksha is our tech fest where students from all over India are invited and participate in the competition which is level at all Indian level. Tatva is our management fest which was last held in 2019 but due to corona in the last two year it has not been organized and these are conducted in December The library of SMVDU is 24hrs open for the students and in our library, we have the latest edition of the books and journals and we have a specific library through which we can issue 5 books for a month We have all the essentials amenities in our classroom. like a projector, ac classroom, etc For every sport there is a specific playground for example badminton, for badminton, we have a specific court for it and for other extracurricular activities we have big auditoriums NSS & AVBP are the two social groups run by the students here

If you are doing MBA from smvdu you will have your seperate room in the hostel, we have a study table and chair, a bed, almirah to keep our clothes in our room and room are well furnished here. Quality of meal is ok not that good but when compared to the hostel of other colleges its far better and menu change after every month For the registration of the hostel we just need to contact the hostel, warden has to pay the rent of the hostel and the mess ie is 22500for a sem.
