I got into paavai college on scholarship as I scored 188 cut off. So they collected only 12500 per year as the college fee. And they are giving free accommodation and no college fee for sports students. It's very good.
Course Curriculum Overview
Computer science is actually a growing field. We can learn so many programming languages. Faculties are all BE, ME, and Ph.D. qualified. There were enough faculties for all the subjects. They will conduct a cycle test every week. It's not that difficult. We can actually get pass marks easily.
Internships Opportunities
Infosys is the company we went for the internship but with no stipend There were no projects given at that time of the internship But we were doing projects for our final year with the knowledge we got from the internship
Placement Experience
The 4th-year students will be eligible for placement Mphasis, Mindtree, etc. Highest package will be 25000 The lowest will be 10000 50% of placement will be assured I hope to join a good company after finishing my degree.
Fees and Financial Aid
The normal fee is 40000 on the government quota. (Counselling). But if you score above 180 cut off your fee will be lessened by 75% and if your cut off is above 190 you don't need to pay the fee. If you get a job where the salary will be 25000 per month.
Campus Life
They will conduct Astra every year. Which is like cultural events. And they will conduct symposiums for all the departments every year. There is a library where you can get all types of books. They are running a website called paavai alumni.
Hostel Facilities
There was no wifi and you can't use a laptop without paying 1000 rs for 6 months. But there is no scarcity of electricity and water. Meals are pretty good When you are going for admission you can enroll yourself in the hostel.
