Remarks
In my college admission criteria are- 1.Merit list created by the institution from the student's previous studies academic details, like Secondary results, H.S results in each subject with full details. 2. And in some departments admission test is taken place for admission process etc, 3.Our college provides quota faculties only for sc, st, & Christian students.
Course Curriculum Overview
1. Scottish Church College is a renowned college under Calcutta University & also one of the oldest colleges in Kolkata with good faculties and departments with laboratories & big central library. 2. In our college all almost professors are Ph.D. Holders. 3. In our college student, the teacher ratio is not so well it's almost 15:1. 4. In our college educational curriculum is the same as Calcutta University's prescribed format. etc
Placement Experience
1. Actually students are eligible for placement after the 5th semester. 2. Placement are held with interview & some are held with written test also with the interview. 3. Actually in our college most of the students are came forward for their higher education in top institutions.
Fees and Financial Aid
1. Scottish Church College is a government-sponsored college so the college fees is very low it's almost same for all departments and it's value become 16000/-. Per year ( excluding hostel fees). 2. There are no such scholarships are given to the students ( except some departments ).
Campus Life
1. Scottish Church College arranged some annual fest, with students, teachers, and Alumni. 2. In our college sports also take place once in a year with inter College sports teams with a lot of fun. 3 . In our college there is a club namely an Activity club for any kind of extra curriculum activities.
