I didn't apply for more colleges firstly I chose aryabhatta Engineering college all got fixed but then my father said we should check out the GECA for once I go there and get knowledge about the direct admission process I participated in that at 10:00 AM and finally got admission at 4:50 PM that was a long process because the admission is going by caste wise and I am OBC cast student so my number was too late but if you have a good percentage in 12th or JEE MAINS then it will easy for you. About admission criteria so you've to check out the official website of the college from time to time but in my knowledge, the admission goes from SC/ST to General category firstly all SC/ST MBC EWS is on priority. For admission you have to bring your all necessary original and copies of documents like 10th 12th JEE MAIN (if any) sports certificate (if any) caste certificate, income certificate, migration certificate, bonafide certificate, aadhar card etc.
Course Curriculum Overview
I chose this course my maths is a little bit weak and I am not a mechanics student or problem-solving student I am creative artistic students so I chose this architecture and construction field and I just need a job in the future I have another plan for my future so I just chose a simple and interesting course.
Placement Experience
There is no campus placement for civil engineering courses but you can choose the GATE course after completing this course or any govt. Engineering job. My plans after getting the degree are to search for some engineering job with consistent income so I can invest it into the market because I want to be a businessman so I want a source of money and this will may complete by this degree.
Fees and Financial Aid
Total 4-year fees = 289000 approx without any scholarship and quota. But if you have a lot more category certificates then you will available for scholarships or any other scholarship you can take on your behalf. Yet I don't have any scholarship because my father is in govt profession so I am not eligible for that so I didn't know about it much.
Campus Life
I have heard about annual functions and tech functions but didn't get a chance into it because of the pandemic so frankly, I don't any information about it. But on the college website a TARANI annual functions pictures, you can see. A Hackathon program was also arranged by COMPUTER SCIENCE DEPARTMENT. Books are free for all the students in the library and book bank you can take as much as a book you can read. Classrooms are well furnished with digital whiteboards. Sports activities are regularly held by college students last year our college goes to the IIT Roorkee campus for the competition you will have a great chance for extracurricular activities. There are many clubs you can join photography artists creative acting dancing etc.
