Admission to the Bhawanipur Gujarati Educational society college is completely done on a merit basis where the individuals have to apply their form online and wait for the merit list. The complete admission procedure takes place in the month of June July after the declaration of higher secondary examination result and the process lasts for a week to ten days and the admission is given on a merit basis for taking admission into BCOM accounting and finance honors you need to have at least 75 percent and for BCOM general it's little less percentage if luck favors than you can get with 65 percent that is the least one for BCOM general course.
Course Curriculum Overview
I have chosen to pursue BCOM accounting and finance honors in the Bhawanipur Educational society college because my neighbor uncle is a faculty there who is very good and helpful and teaches company law in the afternoon shift of the College and have experience of more than 15 years of teaching in the College and also I came to know that the College is very much good for higher studies in commerce and also one of the oldest and well known famous College for commerce in Kolkata so I decided to take admission there.
Fees and Financial Aid
For the complete BCOM honors course in the College, it will cost you around one lakh fifty thousand rupees for three years excluding the other extra career connect courses that College has and the library charge is free but there is an advance security deposit wherein if you damage any library or school property than that security deposit will be deducted from you. Coming to the scholarship scheme our college also provides scholarships to meritorious students and recently the college authority has announced that the students who have lost their parents in covid they no need to pay further fees till they complete their course in the College.
Campus Life
Our college is very good with all the modern facilities available there. Our campus has a big basketball court and a big library where all types of books are available from semister to business to spiritual and our college also has a big canteen which can feed a hundred students altogether. And every year our college conducts seminars on personality development, various lectures, motivational speakers are also invited and from Freshers to farewell, all types of functions and programs are held.
