Best College-Hindu College

My name is Rohit from Hindu College, Sonipat. I am doing B.sc (CS) batch 2018- 2021. I had filled application form directly from the official website then I visited the college after some days when I get information about the list and check my name on the admission list and I am eligible for admission, I feel very happy. Admission was totally on 12th percentage. Students who get more than 60% are eligible for BSc (CS) in my college. Different streams have different criteria for admission means minimum percentage required for admission. After that, I had to go to college for my document verification and for payment of my course fee when I get a message from college. I had no idea about age but in my opinion, age doesn't matter in the admission process. There are no quota facilities in the college. But fees are very less as compared to other colleges. I found no problem in the admission process, all things are done very fast. Moreover, I get admission to my dream field.

I chose this course because from 10th class my interest was developed in the computer so I want to learn the computer and do some invention in the computer field. I feel very comfortable in computer programming language as easily I get to understand this without any problem. The teacher of my college was excellent and brilliant. There were 2 teachers of computer who teaches us. Students number varies from the year as some left in between the semesters due to some problems but nearly 30-40 students are present in this course. Faculty members are very highly educated one teacher was from IIT and another had completed MSc in computer science. Their teaching method was very good as they clearly explain all things and if we have any doubts, they clear our doubt as soon as possible. Exams are done on the basis of the semester system, twice a year. Course duration is 3 years means 6 semesters and 6 times we have to give an exam. Exams are generally easily not that much hard. I had completed my course without any reappear.

Students are eligible for campus placements in the last semester by the companies. Many big companies visit our campus. The average package offer by the company is 5-6 lakhs per annum. The highest package was 15 lakhs per annum. Most of the students get placement inside the campus only. My plans after my degree will be to do MSc in computer science or maybe I will go for MCA. If some good company hires me after Bsc I will surely go with that company. You have to do hard work for good jobs in multinational companies and clear their interview or any other kind of exam depending on their criteria.

The fee structure was very simple as at the time of admission we have to deposit approx 9000 and the other 9000 in 3 installments within the year in the gap of 3 months each. In my opinion, fees are very low as compared to other colleges. I am highly impressed. Scholarship amount will directly come into our bank account who are eligible for scholarships have to deposit their proper documents in the college. Lower caste students like SC BC generally benefited from this scheme of scholarship. In the final semester, we have to create our resumes and put them on our college website companies for jobs come and hire students on the basis of marks and they took an interview also. Those students who get selected are doing their jobs in multinational companies. The highest package of my college is 15 LPA. Placement is very good in this course. Most of the students find their job inside the campus only means they are directly hired by companies.

The annual fest was conducted by MDU university in the college which they select. In 2019 our college was selected from Sonipat to organize an annual fest. Generally, we get all books related to our needs. The college issued a library card to us by which we get 3 books at the same time which is a very good thing. After 15 days we have to reissue our books if we need them more otherwise we return them. There is the proper place for students in the library itself so they do their study in the library itself without any noise. The campus also provides us WiFi facilities so we learn from youtube also. Our college organizes annual sports meet in a year and everyone has the right to take part in this. Winners will get medals and trophies. Also, there are playground facilities on campus we play all games in that much space as it is very big. Competition and tournaments held from time to time in college or with other colleges also.
