My engineering life in CSJM university

The admission process is easy. My reason for selecting this college because of the good infrastructure. A website like a college Dunia and other websites helps me a lot. Here there is no placement for other than computer science students. The teacher is very helpful.

The main reason for selecting mechanical engineering is due to it has a vast field of chances for the job ie private as well as government. The ratio of faculty: student is about 1:20. Most of our faculty members are M. Tech qualified from UPTU College and some of them are P. Hd holders. All exams are conducted on time.

For the Internship in my college, there is no internship provided by the university. Most of the interested students go to private companies for internship opportunities. In the final year students, the project is compulsory for all students which helps us to learn about practical knowledge. Also, professors also help us a lot while preparing for projects.

For placement, the 6th-semester students will become eligible for campus placement. But I want to make sure that there is zero placement for the mechanical engineering branch. The companies visited only for IT and CSE students and some for the MSME branch. If you hope that there is an on-campus placement for mechanical then please be alert. So most mechanical students search for off-campus placement a go for the preparations for a government job.

The fees are too high it is of about 83000. The UP government scholarship help me a lot in completing my course. There is no placement for other than computer science students.

The annual fest was celebrated every year with lots of function in the university but the tech festival like TECHNO SPANDAN was not celebrated for the last two to three years. The library of my campus is the best one library in the Kanpur, the atmosphere is just awesome for study. I study in the library for about 2 to 4 hours daily. Also the university conducted all types of sports and extra curricular activities on our campus.

For boys there are two hostels in SHIVAJI BOYS HOSTEL and the new one is SWARNJAYANTI BOYS HOSTEL and for girls there are 4 hostels. The hostels provide us water cooler, 24 hours electricity and an awesome stadium for all hostellers. Overall facilities are good and atmosphere is just awesome. The food provided by the mess is very bad none of any students are satisfied with the quality of the food. it was just tasteless good food oily. Also the menu is always remain same in all session in will never change according to season. The registration process is easy and fees are also affordable for all.
