Remarks

I had given CET test. My rank was 632. I was getting admission to other colleges too. But, I chose LBSIM due to its fame and name. The college provides the best placements. Also, the learning was really very good there.

Course Curriculum Overview

I chose MCA because I was a student with an IT background. The faculty in LBSIM was really very experienced, helping in nature and also very friendly. There used to be regular term exams and other internals. The interaction used to be there.

Class Size: 60Course Fees: INR 109000 per year

Internships Opportunities

Nagarro used to offer an internship with some stipend. They used to hire the students for full time but used to provide internship too. Similarly, few more companies were there such as Wunderman, CVENT, and many more.

Placement Experience

The placement was really good. I used to be a part of the placement cell. There were alot of placement opportunities there. Many good companies like Navarro, IVP, Cvent used to come and hire the students.

Fees and Financial Aid

The fees were okay, but they used to charge IT grid fees which they call for the placement purpose. It was a kind of unexpected thing. As we have already provided a good amount of fees while entering. I got placement in Fareye while I was in college.

Campus Life

The campus was really very good. There used to be timely programs for both tech and management. There used to be one IT program every year. And other fest and sports-related programs. The classroom was fully equipped. ACS were there.

Placements were really good till 2023 batch as opportunities were good in terms of no of positions and packages also In current scenario as recession is going on opportunities are less as compared to previous batches but yes opportunities are still there for deserving candidates

Course Curriculum Overview:

I love computer work that's why i choose this course and i am very comfortable. In this course i want to improvement on c language teaching methods that is hard. Exams are difficult but i can give my efforts.

Placement Experience:

The placements of USICT are the best among all the colleges of IPU. Every average to top student will get a good placement here. You will get an ample number of opportunities here. And the whole team of placement cells is also very cooperative. You will get internship opportunities from the second semester itself and full-time opportunities from the third semester and continue till the end of the fourth semester. The highest package is 45 LPA, and the minimum package is around 3.5 LPA. Around 90% of students have got placed. I am currently working as a software developer at Alternative Path.

LBSIM: Life Changing Experience for me.

I was offered admission by Fore, Delhi, NMIMS Bangalore, Hyderabad, GLIM Gurgaon but I talked to people of different colleges on Linkedin. I found that LBSIM people were good at interactions and overall location, curriculum suited me the most. The admission process had a GD followed by PI. I was selected through CAT but selection through XAT is also availble. Cut off ranges from 72 percentile for RBA to 84 percentile for General.
