Remarks

The admission was pretty smooth and simple. I got admitted through the DASA quota i.e Direct Admission for Students Abroad in which we get admitted through SAT scores registering on the DASA website. Every allotment of the DASA quota takes through their official website. The minimum mark to apply is 60% in PCM.

Course Curriculum Overview

I got admitted to Electronics and Communication department as I had a great interest in it since my childhood. The course and curriculum were pretty well defined as well the faculty were highly educated professors from top reputed nits and IIT's. The teaching method was pretty good be it theory or practicals. There were basically two exams in the semester the Mid Term Exam and the End Sem Exam as well as various quizzes in between.

Class Size: 60Course Fees: INR 126000 per year

Internships Opportunities

There were a lot of big names that visited our college be it Google, Microsoft, Amazon, and much more offering stipend of around 60000. There are various projects we did in our college life. There are two mandatory projects that we have to do in our Final year that is 7th and 8th semester of the Btech course.

Placement Experience

When it comes to placement the college has a pretty good history and it tries to keep that. Students get eligible for full-time placement opportunities in the 7th semester and for the internship in the 5th semester of our Btech course.

Fees and Financial Aid

The fee structure was pretty well defined on the basis of Financial income and quota through which you are admitted. There are a number of scholarships that the college offers some of them are Merit-Based Scholarships, Alumni Scholarship.

Campus Life

There are basically two fests in our college Avishkar being the techno-management fest and Culrav being the cultural fest of our college. Avishkar is held basically in October and Culrav in the month of April. There are a greater number of books available in the library be at of any scope. There are ample opportunities for sports and extracurricular activities, There are many clubs be it Literary Club, Gnosis Quiz club, Robotics Club, and much more. Regarding information, we get it from the official mnnit website notice board.

Hostel Facilities

Hostels are good especially after being renovated in the past years as well as the newly constructed ones. The food and all are good and manageable. The registration process for the hostel and the allotment were pretty simple.

Hostel Fee: INR 15000 per year

Placement Experience:

After 6 th semester you are eligible for campus placement. Many companies are comes likes Accenture, Cognizant, Wipro, TCS, Infosys, Tech Mahindra, Cagegimini etc and they offer decent package. Highest package 3000000 and average package 400000 and profile offered as for company required. 80 percentage student get placement. Take a placement in good MNC company.

Actually I didn't research on the placement. But in college campus I saw many boards of placed students and the average package is around 4-4.5lakh per annum.and college data says about 90%of students are placed. I am preparing for both off-campus and on campus placement.

Placement Experience:

Our college offer good placement it has average placement of 11 Lpa. Highest package of 52 lpa in Google. There are many company like TCS, L&T, GOOGLE, MICROSOFT, IBM and many more visited our college. If you have CGPA greater than 7 then you are eligible for maximum placement drive. My plan is to get government job.

I choose this course because I want to be a software developer. The faculty are very kind and helpful. Almost every faculty member has completed there post-graduation from various established colleges. The examination scheme is a little bit slow here. Students can pass their semester exams if they are paying at least 45 per cent of their concentration.

MNNIT- A path to Bright Future

One of the important reasons for choosing this college is because of its unique and brilliant placement records. and also it is one of the best NIT in North. Basically I want a college that is not much distant from my state Haryana and should be good also and this alligns perfectly with my scenarios. Talking about the admission process, first you have to clear JEE Mains with a good rank like for CSE your rank be between 1K to 9K . If you want to take admission in this college irrespective of any branch you rank should be under 30K. But this data is not fixed , it changes every year depending on the difficulty level of JEE Mains. and then apply for the JOSSA councelling and there you can keep this college in your choice an dif your rank is good enough, you will get it.
