Life in BIMM

Other than Balaji Institute of Modern Management, Pune, I have applied for Indira Institute of Management, Pune, Pune Institute of Business Management, FOSTIIMA, Delhi, Jaipuria Institute of Management which I rejected due to low ROI and Low Average placement. I haven't availed of any quota for admission. Admission criteria are based on various factors such as competitive exam scores any competitive exam such as CAT/CMAT/XAT/MAHCET is applicable, Graduation marks and extracurricular activities also hold weightage, GDPI process is the final barrier for admission. On counselling days, teams will be made and three rounds of writing ability, GD, PI. There are no minimum age or marks criteria for applying.

I choose this course because of core values of the college, beautiful college campus and facilities, college reputation and good Average placement. The faculty-student ratio would be around 3:60, as there are 1000 students in a single batch and faculty must be around 30 to 40. Almost all the faculty are accomplished and holds Phd, recurring guest lecturers who are expert in their fields, the teaching method is case-based. Term exams happened after every 6 months and were moderately difficult to pass.

Whirlpool, Amul, ITC, Amazon etc. Mostly Sales internship roles are offered and for hr its hr trainee etc. To generate leads, cold calling, data entry, learn more about sales, gain practical experience, etc.

From the 3rd semester, students become eligible for placements. Over 200 companies visit including ITC, TCS, Mahindra, Vedanta, HUL etc. Offers made are unknown. The highest package is around 15 to 16 lacs, the average is around 6 lacs. Around 90% placements. Plans are to join a good company and start my career.

Fees hike would be around 9 to 10 % every year, my total fees were around 875000 for 2 years, including book fees, uniform fees, LIC etc. No scholarship was available took a student loan of 750000. I haven't got any job with a stipend yet only an internship with a nil stipend.

Drishti is our cultural fest that happens during October or November month every year. High availability of books and journals in the library. Well furnished classrooms, theatrical design, with visual aids. Many types of sports are played such as cricket, extracurricular includes dancing, singing, art, modelling etc. Many clubs such as Technical club, which controls social media of college, CPS, bring internship in college, CRT to coordinate with placements.

Full facilities, water, gas, bathroom, kitchen etc. Good meal quality there are 3 cafeterias, one provides full vegetarian food. No, as such registration process, only need to opt for it during admission, the hostel is only for 1st year then we need to find our own accommodation. Hostels are affordable. Near Pimpri Chinchwad Pune.

GD topics were on current affairs, and some are abstract like is mobile phones should be allowed to children. Interview questions were technical if you're from a commerce background, for technical it's more based on your personality, and work experience. Criteria for admission is according to various parameters like competitive exam scores, work ex, extracurricular activities, GDPI, WA. I prepared for these rounds through CAT coaching and awareness of current affairs.
