I am an entrepreneur and have worked in rural India for the past 2 years and hence I chose IRMA. It has the perfect blend of corporate and development sector. Not only do we get to learn the core MBA subjects but we get to learn about social issues through subject like Rural Society and Polity, Gender and Development Lab, Rural Livelihood Systems etc. Yes, i did secure and education loan from Punjab National bank.

The course curriculum is great. The faculties are the best in their domains. Microeconomics by Prof. Vivek Pandey, Business statistics by Prof. Anand Venkates and Rural Society and Polity by Prof. Shyam Singh was like magic.

N, til date i havent applied for any internship.

IRMA has 40 years of Legacy of having 100% of its students placed. Every year companies like Amul, Nestle, Coca-cola, IDFC, TATA, Godrej, Grofers etc. visit the campus for campus placement.

As i got admitted during the covid pandemic, i havent experienced campus life yet. But the clubs and societies at IRMA are doing their best to bring the best experience at our doorstep throug internet.

Yes, i was indeed able to secure IDFC first ban scholarship that is given to 150 MBA students of the country. It is available to apply for during the month of June-July. Any postgraduate 1st year management student can apply.

IRMA's campus is the most beautiful campus i have ever visited. Lush green campus with state of art infrastructure. It has all the facilities that any premier b-school has. Plus its library is phenomenol.

The hostels are well equipped with all the basic necessities and are single rooms. As i have no been on campus due to ths pandemic, i dont know much of the details. Every room has LAN cable for internet, seperate balcony, etc.

GD PI rounds were conducted at every B-school. Some conducted Group activity rounds instead of Group discussion, which was much better. The topics ranged from social issues like agriculture distress to totally abstract like 'silver. My experiece was pretty smooth as i was well prepared and was ready for anythng. With the right set of skills and tools, anyone can sail through. Just a word of advice gor GDPI, one should not only learn when to speak but also when to stop.
