BITS Pilani is a NAAC accredited (Grade A) and AICTE approved educational institution of BITS Group. The institute has been ranked 25th in the year 2020 by NIRF for their MBA programme. It is one of the prominent private university in India and is considered at par with IIM's Business management courses.The admission is based on CAT/GMAT score follwed by GD,PI. Candidates will be short-listed as per CAT/GMAT scores and those who listed will be called for GD/PI. All these procedural practices happen in Mar/Apr every year.

MBA education in BITS pilani is very special and unparellel since there is balanced mix of teaching pedagogy. The classes are interactive and theory classes connected with practical sessions help students to understand the lessons easily.MBA curriculum is contemporary in nature commensurate with the global market situations.The curriculum is designed to create a healthy learning atmosphere blended with theoratical and practical sessions.A team comprising one professor,one associate professor and 14 Assistant professors with Ph D plus meritorious academic back ground are the faculty in department of management in BITS. The number is subject to change according to situations.The faculty- student ratio is 1:10Very good preparation is necessary to crack the semester examinations.

BITS Pilani MBA department has been running a practice school.It facilitates requisite setting for experimental and cooperative learning with provision to work on assignment under industrial experts with the guidance of faculties. During six months internship in practice school to students get stipend 28000 INR pm. During the six months internship the students are getting opportunities to work on real time project

About 40 companies have alredy been in active participation in hiring MBA students from BITS. The major companies giving placements to students include Accenture, Cognizant, Bridgestone,HSBC,ITC,Bosch,JSW. The highest salary offered in previous year was 15 LPA and 77Nos students were hired under campus placements.

It is noticed that there has been an average per 9 to 11% annual fee hike every year. During 20-21 it was 9% hike for MBA courses.Academically brilliant students could get teaching assistantship. They can avail 40% tuition fee concessions by that.The major scholarship available are: 1. Merits basedThose who score 7.5 to 8 GPA will get 80% concessions to tuition fee2.Under merit cum need basedStudents whose parents income below 8 lac and have score 7GPA each semester will get also get the said concessions.3. The facilities and extra curricular things available for students' welfare in the BITS campus include Sports, Gym,Medical, Cafeteria, large Library with international books and journals of different kinds, different laboratories, well furnished auditorium,hostel and security. BITS facilitates viable environment to their students for development of their individual talents in sports,arts and cultural programmes. International seminars, visiting faculties etc are the additional benefits to students there. All the value added provisions in BITS make students saleable in any market.

There are six hostels. Single room facilities are there but no PG. The hostels are very nice to live with all amenities. The food is good with many options. Further the provisions of wifi and common rooms are there. Dining hall keeps premium standard.All students stay inside the campus.

The GD and test covers management aptitude,verbal ability,logical reasoning,anakytical skill etc.Candidates applied have to undergo 3 hrs BAAT(Business Analytical Aptitude Test) and those who qualified and short listed will be invited for personal interviews. Final admission will be based on BAAT,Interview,CAT/MAT score and works experience and academic history.To crack the GD and tests etc very good preparation is essential.
