Remarks

I decided to do my MBA from Nirma University because all the seniors who I knew had a very good review about this college. They recommend me to choose this college because of the good faculty and nice exposure. And also Nirma University was ranked 13th by the outlook for MBA as well. And for the securation of my seat in this college, passing from the recognized university with bachelor degree and CAT entrance was complusory.

Course Curriculum Overview

5

All the faculty members were so senior and experienced in their particular domain. They were supremely helpful and always ready to help us in any situation. The curriculum was specially designed and structured according to the changes in the industry. The faculty tried their best to give us knowledge through theory as wel as practical.

Internships Opportunities

5

For the internships recruiting companies like coca cola, stopper stop, Airtel, HDFC bank, jio, JP Morgan etc visited in our campus. Mostly all the internship consisted from 4-7 months along with the stipend. The highest stipend that was offered in our batch was 40k for a month. I did my internship at stopper stop for 5 months in HR department with the stipend of 25k a month.

Placement Experience

5

All the students who applied in the placement got placed in the companies like Amazon, Adani, phonepe, Zydus. And almost all were happy with their placement and package that the companies offered. The average package that companies offered was around 10LPA. My first job was in Punjab National Bank with the package of 8LPA.

Fee Structure And Facilities

Our college had various scholarships available for the students based on their merits, sports or the financial backward group. I didn't opt for any scholarship as I didn't fit in any of the category. The fees structure of our college was pretty simple, we had to do the payment before every semester and if we didn't they didn't let us give the exam.

Campus Life

5

Our university campus had three canteens in total and three hostels, one for the girls and other two for the boys. And library facility that our university provided was extremely helpful, we not only had access to the physical books but also online journals and articles. There was always one ambulance standing in the campus and all the medical facility was provided to us. Our college even conducted fest and events specially for MBA Students.

Hostel Facilities

5

So I stayed in the university hostel, it costed me around 50k. It was a twin sharing accommodation so I shared by room with one of my batch nate. The room was comfortable and perfect for two people. And all the facilities like wifi, furniture, etc were provided to us. The mess food was good. Dal rice was the most favorable dish of all the students in the hostel.

Admission

For the final admission, firstly we had to pass the entrance exam CAT with 50% followed by the PI round conducted in the campus itself. After passing that round we had a presentation round where we were given a topic on which we had represent. My topic was' purpose of MBA' on which I had to make a presentation.
