College management are biased and focus more on reservations for the selection of lecturers.

CET - Karnatak. I got 11550 Ranking. I wanted to study electronics and related engineering. I choose this college because of the reputation and low fees.

Instrumentation is excellent branch of pure engineering. Instrumentation accommodates knowledge electronics as well as mechanics. There is lot of scope for the improvement for an engineer in Instrumentation. Overall course include programming exercises in Microcontrollers ar PLC/Scada.

Internship is not provided through college, however we can approach government organizations and core companies for internship activities.

Placement activities are mediocre, with most of the mass companies like HCL, TCS, Infosys, Accenture, Tech Mahindra. very few core companies are coming to select candidates. They conduct placement trainings through external organizations. For instrumentation, Yokogawa will be coming.

Sanskriti is the annual fest of the college. mAITri is fresher welcome fest. Apart from that there are department fests are celebrated. Ganesh Chaturthi, Holi and Ramanavami are also celebrated inside the campus. Participations is quite big. Participants from various other college and celebrities will come to college.

It's a private aided college and fee is very much feasible and most of the seat selections is based on merit. fee keeps varying. fee is decided by government of karnataka. at our times, it was just 17000. so it's definitely not much heavy on the pockets.

Loan facility is provided by most of the nationalized banks there are few good scholarships for reserved categories fellowships are also provided for few students.

Campus life is not that happening although it's not that boring as well gender ratio is quite balanced. there are various facilities for sports and college would make presence felt in few university events every time playground is quite huge there will competitions and seminars organized in college.

I was not staying in hostel, however my friends were staying the rent is cheap and food is of average however they have built a high tech hostel with premium facilities. I don't know the rental structure rooms are neat and hostel is quite big there are lot of pgs around and houses for rent are also available.

There are many good alumna of college conducts alumni meets annually and always tries to invite alumni network.

Exam structure was following the VTU standards not quite hectic unless you keep backlogs. There was sufficient between different exams and lab exams. Now autonomous structure is implemented and college has own exam schedule. But most of it similar to VTU.

I went to the CET counselling and chose this college during the interview. I got the acceptance letter into Dr AIT through CET cell counselling and then approached the college. I paid the fee in the college and college opening was regular VTU procedures.

Faculty of the college is average. They focus very less on building nurturing the talent and focus more on the results. there is very little emphasis given for the research activities. Few of the faculty members are role models, however there is considerable number of inconsequential professors.
