The Best Engineering College in U.P.

I have also applied for some other colleges in U.P. but my overall research pulls me to PSIT. I got here through Direct Admission based on a Personal Interview. During my admission process, the minimum criteria here in PSIT for MCA I have been asked for is 10 + 2 with a minimum of 70% and grad with a minimum of 65%. I have been scheduled for an Interview with H.O.D. in which He asked for the Question on Programming, OOPs Concept, Some Basics of Computers. Luckily, I answered the questions and been approved for taking admission.

I did BCA and I am very much interested in computer applications, so I choose MCA, And the technique of teaching of Faculty here in PSIT is just WOW. Deep knowledge of every subject, and a very deep explanation from scratch. Most of the faculties here in PSIT is GATE qualified and Some of them did PhD teaches very well. I personally experienced very good help from faculty that any query or error I have faced during programming. Explained about everything that why this happens, how to solve, etc.

Here faculty always guide for an internship as any company opens for an internship. And also recommends in the companies for Internship. Here in PSIT also provide some projects to work on it and build our skills.

I am in MCA for the 2-year course and from my 2nd semester, PSIT started training for Campus Placement. Here in PSIT, many top-notch companies are hiring students like Infosys, Capgemini, Flipkart, Wipro etc with a good package.

I am currently in PSIT in 1st year and the fees charged is 125K a year. And I also got a Scholarship from UP Government. I getting the scholarship depends on govt criteria that which type of student govt allow for a scholarship.

The infrastructure is amazing, Fully AC classroom, 100+ Computer Labs, A centralized library with a High-Speed Internet connection etc. PSIT also conducts an annual fest every year. PSIT also provides ERP access to us from where we manage all of our things like Library Book, Online Notes, Attendance etc. Here we get 2 Canteen for refreshment at a very affordable rate. A Health Drink Shop, Nescafe etc.

Here Both AC and Non-AC Room available. I personally opted for the Non-AC room for which I have been charged 76K/- per academic year. And I guess 90K is for AC rooms. In Hostel Room we have our personal LAN Internet Connection with a Daily 2GB Limit. A Single Bed, Study Table along with Chair, An Almirah, A Balcony Attached to every room. And also have laundry services included thrice a month with 6KG Limit. The dining hall is also centralised AC. Food Menu changes every month and Food quality I say to be honest are GOOD. Some dishes I mark as Very Good too. Here also have centralized RO plant with a 24x7 water supply and in summer 24x7 cold water. And all the Daily need items are available from the college tuck shop.

PSIT also takes admission through the examination conducted by AKTU. I personally got admission with the Management quota and to provide me admission I have been asked for personal and a subjective interview. After applying they provided the date for the Interview and in the Interview I have been asked for the following Topics - 1) Programming Concept 2) OOP's Concept 3) Computer Fundamentals 4) Personal Questions (Why want to pursue MCA, Dream Company, Why Company, etc).
