Remarks
PSIT is a private college in which a student can take in 2 ways. Either directly or by counseling after the UPSEE exam. There are no such criteria for taking admission. A student will need to submit a copy of each document like mark sheets, counseling letter, pass certificate and need to submit some amount of money to book a seat in the course.
Course Curriculum Overview
I have completed BCA as my graduation and I have a personal interest in the IT field that's why I chose PSIT. The ratio between faculty and student is high. Most of the teachers have completed their post-graduation and some of them have completed Ph.D. So all teachers have enough knowledge to teach the students and they teach in such a way that it helps the students to understand the concepts very effectively. The course is very verified as it covers all the important topics and subjects that help the most during the placement drive.
Internships Opportunities
The internship opportunity is also available at PSIT for students on a platform like Internshala. Students can also apply off-campus for internships during the period of vacations and in the last 2 semesters.
Placement Experience
Almost 90% of the students get placed in well-reputed companies with an average salary package of 3.5 LPA to 5 LPA and 8 LPA to 12 LPA through online platforms. Their aim is to make every student for their department be placed in a top MNC.
Fees and Financial Aid
Fees for the MCA course is approx 1.17LPA for years and for other courses also like Btech and BPharma the fee structure is quite similar. Students can also apply for UP Scholarship and only those students are eligible whose parents annual salary is less than 2LPA and have verified documents. The college also provides the facility of loans.
Campus Life
PSIT has much more than just academics. The very important and regularly conducted affairs of culture are IGNITIA which allows students to showcase their skills and WAVES- an introduction of senior students with a new batch.
