Great experience.

GUJCET i had mine interest in 12 science physics which was more based on the electrical energy and its related so i opted for electrical engineering.

Course that i studied was were sufficient good in all the semester there were various Subjects that needed to be updated and also removed as those are irrelevant to the course. College is in developing stage so didn't had any research facilities for bright minded ones need to improve the practical knowledge by adding at-least semester only on practical available through various industries.

No. College doesn't have any collaboration with any industries our private firm. But I had an inter in local distribution transformer making company. This help me learn many things about transformer. Also had inter in GETCO where i came to know about the various transmission line concept and its transmission in our area.

Fee structure was 43000/- per year when i took admission fee payment was per semester that is by cheque or cash or DD during time of admission i had to deposit 5000 for library and others semester wise examination fees was around 125 per subject with mid-semester fee of 100 these was changed in every year of new batch don't have idea of current fee structure.

There were scholarship available for SEBC girls and both(girls & boys) for SC/SC the norms that were decided were by the management had no idea about that.

Campus was good no issue of ragging in any part of academics extracurricular included were sports, annul day, navratri labs were quite good as others colleges, machine lab, High voltage lags were better. computers lab needed to be improved with latest software for learning.

There was Hostels facilities available outside campus of college there were PG available in near locality. many hostel mess was excluded but students opted for various fix month paid restaurant and other food corner. Rental was about 1500 per month for hostels and PG's. Other expenses that were was mess fee around 60 per dish. Other was the electricity bill and mine expenses.

Seniors had quite helpful in providing various books and materials of what all they had also many helpful in the academics work that were given to us interaction with alumni after college was not that good, but i had my personal help from various seniors that had become friends during my college.

Exam were conducted by University they had well organised one every exam had a minimum of one day break until u had a back in any subject there was always enough time for preparation before the exam and also good time for revision during exam. Exam timing was also good in most of the semester but afternoon exam was quite a bit hectic.

Admission Procedure was online. But my 12th was not in gujarat state so i had to personally visit the GTU office (L.D. college, now changed) and registered for the admission process next step was the selection procedure for college, it was done online but i needed admission in this college so opted to go via management seat.

There were various faculties that were well educated and also had good experience in the subject that they taught. Many of them had their PhD in our field faculties were given their respective courses that they had masters in that field, so their teaching was up to mark. But overall teaching is good but many area these needed to be improved. college management needed to take good and many new ideas for improvement of college.
