Alliance Business School - MBA

Alliance Business School is among the top business schools in Southern India and this is why I decided to go with AbS. The institute was 42nd in NIRF MBA,2020 rankings. ABS is the first Institute of the country to have accreditation by the USA based International Accreditation Council for Business Education (IACBE). ABS is affiliated to Alliance University, Bangalore and also holds approval of AICTE. For MBA admissions here the academic performance,CAT/NMAT/XAT/MAT score, followed by essay writing/PI/GD rounds are the major factors.

Alliance University is well known name in India and being a major part of the university ABS, Bangalore has the best of professionals from various management domains in its faculty team. The team has experts from Corporate, Government as well as educational field in it. All of them have a good amount of experience in their respective fields from different sectors

I was also a participant in the internship round and I was quite satisfied with the offers made during the round. I got to work with a well known Consulting company for which I was offered a stipend of INR 25000. It was a great time for my self-confidence boost.

The 2020 campus placements of our college had around 350 participants from different domains and fields. Among the total 350, 43% were new recruiters. The most prominent names present during the round were Loreal, Volvo and Aditya Birla. The highest package bagged by our MBA program was INR 18 LPA while the average package for our 2018-20 batch stood at INR 7.6 LPA.

ABS, Bangalore has a fee structure which is a little lesser than that of IIM Rohtak. The total fee for MBA here is INR 13.5 Lacs which excludes the tuition fee. The Institute helped me in getting study loan because I couldn't afford the fee structure. There is availability of different scholarships at ABS for the students on basis of academic performances

The annual fest and cultural fest are the major events organised by ABS,Bangalore. A good range of sports facilities are also available there. The books and journals in the college library covered different fields that too with top quality content. Different kind of clubs and committees for both type of events were also there at ABS.

The hostel facilities of ABS Bangalore are top class. The infrastructure of the hostels was well organised all the residence was separated for both genders. The hostel rooms were allocated on single as well as sharing basis and both type of rooms were facilitiated with the best of facilities.The services of our mess were also good as both the food taste and quality were quite impressive

Alliance Business School firstly shortlisted the applied candidates on basis of their CAT/NMAT/XAT/MAT score and academic performances. Those candidates then have to participate in the essay writing and PI/GD rounds . The performance in all these rounds is the factor on whose basis the final selections are done by the institute.
