An inside opinion about our college.

I personally applied for this college as in my time this was one of the good colleges known for B.tech in computer science. The location of the college is pretty good as it is inside the city and easily approachable. I did not avail any quota. The admission criteria are based on the class 12 marks followed by an entrance exam. Personal counseling is done at the college premises for every student who wants to get admission to our college. Overall it is a great college and the environment is also very nice.

I took up B.Tech specialization in computer sciences as my course. Faculty here in our college plays a major part as each one of them is certainly above expectations. They teach very well and stays with every student until their doubts about a topic are clear. They are pretty helpful and always keep us motivated. Personally in my course exams are held in two semesters for promoting in the next year. Exams are not difficult to pass if a student learns the subjects properly. Rest everything is just good.

Internship opportunities are provided and many companies come and take a written test followed by hr round and then landing as interns in a company. No projects and tasks are given as such for getting the opportunities. You will get opportunities as soon as u promote in the last sem of 3rd year or whichever course you opt for.

The placements are good. Tier 2 companies visit the campus and recruitment is done for graduates. 99% of placements are successful and every student is placed. The highest package goes beyond 15 LPA and not too sure about the lowest package. My plans are also to get placed on campus with a good tech firm.

The cost of study in the course I was enrolled in estimated roughly around 9 lakhs total. Can't comment was the fee structure as of now. Opportunities will come in 3rd year for internships where students get all the help from the faculty

Annual fests held every year. 2 libraries are there inside the campus. Ac classrooms with projector. Sports like cricket, football, basketball, etc. happens all the time in college. Students take the initiative and competitions are held at times.
