You have to qualify for an entrance test conducted by Jamia itself. Then selected students to have to go through gd and pi. Great college for MBA considering the return on investment you can get here. Central University as well.
Course Curriculum Overview
Chose this course for proper exposure to different dimensions in management. Faculty members are highly qualified and are very supportive in both academics and extracurricular activities. Exams are conducted in two parts. Firstly there will be midterms with 25% weightage and then the semester exams with 75% weightage. Results declared with a combination of both the above mentioned exams. Exams are conducted timely and are of moderate difficulty level.
Internships Opportunities
Many companies like outlook, opulence, big basket etc reach out for internship opportunities with roles varying from sales, marketing, to finance, hr etc. Students can choose based on their field of interest.
Placement Experience
Students mostly get placement offers from the fourth semester. Many reputable companies visit with an average package of around 5-6lakh per annum. I personally would like to get work experience of around 3-4 years and then jump into entrepreneurship.
Fees and Financial Aid
This being a central university provides one of the most cost effective MBA programs in the country and costs around 40k to 60k per annum depending upon the branch you choose. There is a scholarship for deserving candidates namely faculty scholarship. There is enough opportunity for internships and placement assistance through placement cell.
Campus Life
I can't tell a lot about the campus as classes right now have completely been online. There are several clubs like marketing clubs, hr club etc. There will be enough events, seminars and extracurricular activities once things settle down to normal after the pandemic.
Interview Experience
There will be a written test. Qualified students will go through a gd and pi round. Topics related to commerce ,business like gst, foreign trade policy, digital india and other common ones are mostly there.
