Amazing College

KEE (Karunya University Entrance Exam), I don't exactly remember the score but it was 80+ out of 100 (in 2012), They may have changed the marking criteria now. This is a highly reputed college with good infrastructure and i was advised to Join this college by my brother who was studying in VIT university.

The course and curriculum is designed as per standard .You will have internal exam which will contribute to your final semester exam marks as well. You will be provided will well equipped lab to perform experiments . You have freedom for free electives to choose some subject from other branch .

I am not much aware of this internship , It's been a long time but interested student can contact the university for more details about this.

The placement cell of the college take care of calling the companies and helping all eligible student to get placed. They will provide training to attend interviews and basic aptitude and other important training is also given. I was placed in Accenture and Infosys in first day placement (2012 batch).

Every year we have inter college competition names as KEMT (karunya evangeline memorial tournament) , very famous in south. All big university iike VIT, SRM , Satybhama , PSG etc they come and participate. Than we have Christmas play every year. Tech fest are also conducted once a year.

One can get easily loan by Syndicate bank for this college as i took during my time .Scholarship is provided for some toppers .

Hostel is equipped with all good facilitates like TV, Internet and indoor game ground . They have two mess South Indian and North Indian mess for different people. Quality of food is good , with some exception but they use good quality vegetable, oils and other stuffs for food.

The exam structure is a similar to other university . Total 8 semester in 4 years. There will be three internal exams conducted before semester for all subject and best of two is considered and there marks (50% marks) are added in final exams. Good student can score well internal and increase there SGPA easily in final exams.

You need to buy KEE (Karunya University Entrance Exam) form and fill. Based on examination centre, you will appear for exam. Once you clear the exam , you will be called for Counselling procedure based on your marks or Rank , where you can choose branch based on arability.

All the faculty are highly educated . Basic requirement for M.tech and for professor it's PHD. They have very good knowledge about subject. Faculty are highly motivated and take care of student and class properly with few exceptions.They have highly qualified lab technician. Most of the teachers are always trying for higher qualification .
