The admission process is a bit tough because if you not visit the college and taken the admission within the date mention in your allotment letter then at any cost they won't take you into the College. The admission process in college is as follows Download your Allotment letter from JCECE website. Visit first college website and then to college because many time documents required in admission is differ according to the documents listed in Allotment letter and Documents required for admission on College Website. Take a token in college where admission process is happening. Arrange all documents in the order in which college listed in his Notice. Verify your original documents. Basic medical is happen. Submit Draft made for paying admission fee and take the receipts. Submit all the academic certificates and now your admission is done. Course Curriculum Overview
There is 2 Semester in a year happen apart from that we have 2 Mid-Semester each semester happen along with Viva, Project and Practical Exams. The toughness was moderate in the semester paper. We have 3 hours of time for the Semester examination and 1.5 hours for the Mid-Semester examination.
Internships Opportunities
Our department students got internships in various private, public and research institutes like Tata steel, Tata power, DRDO, BARC, CIMFR, Goldman Sachs etc. After completion of training in any company, institute or organization student required to submit a project that signifies what he/she learned during his training. In our course curriculum, there is a project required from each one of the candidates in the last year that's in the 4th year of last semester that is in 8th semester before that no project is necessary.
Placement Experience
Our college overalls placement is about 54-55%. When I have joined the college our department had 45% students placed in various companies. Now, in the last batch, it goes to 65% which's higher than total college placement. The highest package goes to 10.80 lakh, the lowest package was 3.50 lakh and the average package was 6.5 lakh per annum. Top recruiters are TATA STEEL, TATA POWER, ADITYA BIRLA GROUP, L&T, VEDANTA, JSL, JINDAL STEEL AND POWER, HINDUSTAN UNILEVER LIMITED, RELIANCE INDUSTRIES LIMITED, ADANI GROUP, TCS, WIPRO, INFOSYS, ZS ASSOCIATE etc. 45-50% Student got internship in various private and PUBLIC sector companies like TATA STEEL, DRDO, BARC, CISCO etc.
Fees and Financial Aid
College fees are low as compared to any other reputed government college in our country. And, if any student is unable to finance the college fee then he went to the bank and take the Education loan from there. They get the loan easily and they don't need to show any third party guarantees or any collateral to the bank. In each of the years, placement is going on better. When I joined the college our department had 45% students placed in various companies. Now in the last batch 60% placement, that's higher than other branches in our College.
Campus Life
Our College Campus is full of greenery and it was lovely to live a bit very close to nature. The college has its own central Library where you get all Subject types of Books of foreign as well as an Indian writer. In the central library building, there is also a digital library. A lot of clubs are there in the college which organizes activities in different domains like Technical fest, Ecological fest, Social Workshop and many more things. In the First and Second year of Engineering, we hot 4 sharing rooms the room size and maintenance is good. Separate Bathroom and washroom are also there in the hostel. In the 3rd-4th year, we get a complete room (No Sharing). Mess food was good and hygienic. There is Sports Ground or also called Club Ground where we can play Cricket, Football, Volleyball, Basketball and many indoor games are also there.
Hostel Facilities
In the 1st and 2nd year, we have 4 sharing rooms with good space. Cleaned washroom and bathroom and 24×7 Water and Electricity. Mess food is good or we can say yes it is hygienic and no one needs to order online food. In-room we get 4 LED Tube lights along with 2 ceilings fan and 2 windows. Hostel fees and mess fees are really affordable. Hostel rent is 5000 per year. Electricity 2000 per year. Mess 3000 per month that all and no any further money is required for residing in the college hostel.
