Remarks

I got addmission in HKBK college of engineering. I joined through cet counseling. I don't have any idea about minimum marks and grades. After got seat in this college through kcet I went to college for further process of addmission and in college I went to CSE lab to fill addmission form and after filling that I paid my miscellaneous fees and confirmed my addmission.

Course Curriculum Overview

I opted for this course because I want to become a software engineer and I want to open my own software company. Faculties are well qualified and they are well experienced in their area of interest. Our college is affiliated with VTU and it is semester-wise exams held every 6months and it is very difficult to pass.

Class Size: 58Course Fees: INR 74400 per year

Placement Experience

The placements will get better in few years. Many core companies visited our college like TCS, Wipro, Infosys,l&t, etc and the highest package is 12 lakhs p.a . average package is 6 lakhs p.a last year placement percentage is 93% for CSE.

Fees and Financial Aid

According to fee structure every year they increase feeses for every course and they put hefty fines for attendance shortage and students are getting different scholarships offered by state and central government and minority students are getting loans from KMDC.

Campus Life

Our college organized many events and annual functions like calypso, melam, sports day and many others. Our college has a very organized library and in our many student's club are there where students can get into it and showcase their talent.

Placement stats are pretty good, offers above 50LPA have also been granted to students, but they are not as common. With a good cgpa, 5+ LPA can be ensured. Students from 6th sem become eligible for placements, companies such as TI, Apple, Daimler Trucks etc have come for placements

WHY YOU SHOULDN'T JOIN HKBK....

Honestly, I chose this college as this had less fees and was affordable than other colleges that I applied to. Additionally, I had heard that placements were pretty good here.
