Remarks

Easy and Quick. Only the Loan procedure was a bit hectic. The college has systematic procedures easy to follow for admission. That has very good coordination with students. First, there was an interview in Hyderabad and then selections

Course Curriculum Overview

Term exams were every 6 months also there were mid-term exams. Exam difficulty was moderate level and was easy to clear. We had to write it online on quick force. Software IBS uses to give study materials assignment and test

Internships Opportunities

I worked at Shapoorji Pallonji Real Estate in my internship period for 3.months. I received a stipend of 8000 per month. It was a great place with great people who have us immense knowledge about real estate

Placement Experience

More than 95 percent students get placed through college in IBS Mumbai. We become eligible after sem 3 for the placements. Last year highest package of 45lacs for offered to 1 Student. Average package is 6.5 lacs

Fees and Financial Aid

The fees structure was divided in 5 EMI. 144000 each emi which we have to pay after every 3-4 months. No scholarship is provided via college. You can get 5000-7000 each month for 3 months if you work for college library and computer labs

Campus Life

College is located at a good location. Classrooms are spacious. We have any clubs managed by students marketing360 ,markhophilia, coroporate connect , Kautilya and many more. We have various fests going on throughout the year

Interview Experience

I did not prepare much for the round. Had read some newspaper to be updated about daily affairs. Read some articles on internet related to sports stock markets and more. Also watched some vidoes on YouTube

My SBS Journey

Placement Experience:

During my time the first company that visited our organization was Naukri.com, and feel proud to say that i got placed in the same organization. I am very happy with my placement. But talking about my peers. Number of companies who visited to our institute was compared to low as per our expectations. Majority of the companies who visited the institute were sales based organizations. Very less companies for finance and HR field. This made a difficult call for students.

Not a dream college but a real one

Placement Experience:

The placement scenerio at our caollege can be described as average overall. Most recruiting company belong to the banking and supply chain sectors. Marketing students generally have better placement opportunities, while finance and HR students do get job, though the package are not very high. Buswiness analytics has limited scope as very few companies visit the campus for the roles in that domain.

from 2 sem you get to apply from interships and from 5th sem for placements ,i applied for only company which was tiaa one of the most biggest mnc in india who is direct compitator of jp morgan , i got a package of 6 lacks ctc per anum but the highest package was 12 lacks , the college has a policy that all student gets placed no students are left behind

Promising campus with room for better faculty.

Placement Experience:

After sem 4 we get final placement companies in the campus there are total 200 plus companies come to the campus till september to november almost 35 companies already come to the campus. The companies are ICICI, HDFC, RISHAB WORLD, INSYNC, DENSTU, ITC, BHARAT ELECTRONICS, CORDELIA CRUISE, MORNING STAR, NOMURA, NYKA, NAUKRI.COM. the highest package was given by a company name bharat electronics for HR specialization is 12 lakhs per annum. Almost in my time there 35percent get placed. I plan after degree is first 3-5 yrs in corporate lufe then after own business.

Placement Experience:

To be honest there are placements but the placements are like no one want to be there it is just something unacceptable for the HR students . The promises the long talks are all false and they doesn't focus on students future and career rather they care for just attendance

The placements opportunities are very good. mostly the whole batch gets placed. big companies like google and Microsoft come to campus and recruit a good number of students. it has a good average package in summers about 160000 per month.

Course Curriculum Overview:

I did choose this course as I am genuinely interested in management and if it is healthcare management that makes me excited. There is a different teaching faculty for each and every subject. The faculties are highly qualified market professionals and experts who teach in an extremely interactive and practical way. They are very supportive. There was one exam conducted per semester which included projects and written exams.

Remarks:

No such bad remarks though. As the college is very superior and one can take admission with complete ease as the college faculty, staff, workers are very helpful and there motive is very clear and remarkable. This college surely helps students in grooming and enhancing skill to the top. I would definitely recommend this college to the upcoming students those who are planning to do MBA in order to achieve goals and learn quality skills.

I applied for ibs mumbai because of it's location, teaching and faculty. It was according to my requirements. There were sessions for GD, PI and other guidance. There was GD round after that PI was taken , I gave ibsat and got total of 92% as a result of all the process.
