Internship at IBS

Before the process, a complete guide was provided on how the process is being followed. I gave NMAT and scored above the minimum criteria to be eligible for further process. Further, GD/PI was taken at IBS Hyderabad. GD was good as I had an interesting topic to speak on. post-GD a personal interview round was conducted by panelists containing 2 interviewers. The process was fast and much more time accurate. at every point, there was someone or the other to guide through the whole process.

I chose this course because it offered the subjects I was keen to know and study. An interesting way of teaching is followed at IBS and the faculty here are very helpful. Each class is of 65 to 70 students so faculty have a personal check on each student. The teaching method followed is a case study, so as to give life experiences of the problems. The assignments are accurate which helps a student learn in-depth about the topic. Exams were taken timely and being in online mode as well, learning didn't stop.

Many internship opportunities are provided by the college. The internship opportunity is provided in various domains as well. Various different profiles arrive at IBS to provide internships (some of them being paid)

IBS provides the facility of Placements. After completing 1st-year, an internship opportunity is also provided by the college. To make students placement ready sessions for preparation is also provided by the college.

The fee of the program is Rs 810000 for 2 years (Complete Course). A merit scholarship is being provided based on students' performance. Fees have to be paid majorly on a quarterly basis so there is no burden of paying and an appropriate loan facility is also suggested by the college.

Being in online mode due to pandemics we had virtual fests and many webinars from which we can learn a lot. Fests helped in improving organizing skills, leadership, and many more. A mega fest of IBS is organized wherein all clubs come together and arrange fests activities in a group.

There were 2 rounds. A GD was taken and my topic was " Should the work done be effective or ethical". a group of 8-10 members is there for GD. My preparation earlier was current affairs and news. Post GD an interview round was conducted by a panelist consisting of 2-panel members.
