Even if one failed to clear a paper they can fill the form for re-examination or can clear it in another semester. So overall the curriculum was student-friendly and convenient.

The fee structure in 2016 -19 was rupees 8000 per semester including practical lab fee, examination fee, and tuition fee. The scholarship was provided to the students in reservation or PWD categories. The fees hike was completely dependent on the state government policies and Ranchi university guidelines. The college was flexible regarding fee submission dates. College also provides financial assistance to the students in need with the help of Overseas bank which is the banking partner of the college. The campus selection of the college was completely merit-based. Various technical, non - technical and consultancy companies visit the college at the end of the academic year . The annual cultural fest of college is held in the month of December. The name of the fest is 'SARANG '. This fest is for three days. Various cultural events are organized on each day. The key features of the fest are a Rock music competition, Dance face-offs, Classical music competition followed by a DJ afternoon on the last day of the fest. Students from various colleges take part in this fest. The annual technical and club fest of the college is organized in the month of April every year. In this students from various colleges compete in various events. There is a sports meet organized by them every year in the month of July where students compete in all kinds of team and individual sports. There is a number of social groups inside the college. NSS and NCC are the prominent ones. There are various social media handles and pages run by the students of the college for the welfare and support of the students enrolled and willing to enroll.
