Review of my college

Non supportive to extra curriculars, low research oriented activities,low industry visits... Management is rigid.

JEE(Mains)- 79/360. I opted for this college because its one of tge finest in GTU colleges and ranked in top 10 colleges of Gujarat state.

Research in india is an ideal concept. Almost 95% of colleges focus on theoretical education rather than research. Which is big loop hole of our education system. So Research oriented work is very negligible. but theoretical exposure is very good .technical activities lack in college

Yes to high ranked students only. No stipend its like training oriented internship. Since market is in recession no company is willing enough to provide stipend to freshers

Good if student is in high rankings and has high skills as far as technical knowledge is concerned. Companies do come and placements has a written test in which students with distinctions are allowed to give and then selection process is carried out. A student with high skills and merit gets chance for interview.

Lumina is one of the best event of college, Tech fest, youth fest,NGO events, sports competitions. Apart from that inter departments competitions are held within the college campus. There are festival celebrations also and celebrated with lots of fun in college.

Feasible and affordable as far as private gtu colleges are concerned it is around 70000 for a year. Which includes all the expense except transport. Includes tution fees gtu form fees exam and library fees etc. It is affordable and proper structurised fee structure

Yes actually gtu provides not the college but yes for students who really need and more than need they deserve according to their merit and income deficit they are given chance for scholarship which is provided on basis of their performance in scholarship test.

Gender ratio more of boys than girls. Parties are organised only for freshers. Ragging is forbidden and racism too. Extra curriculares are not supported by college. They dont motivate students for that be it sports or any other technical or whatsoever event. They always focus on achedemics

As it is in prime highway location in tge city pg's are easily available. College doesnt have hostel fascilities but pg's around colleges are widely available and provide accomodationa t reasonable rent. Mess food and canteen is superb. Low food cost and upro the mark quality and wide range of dishes

No, i am not known of any alumni network . But yes seniors are indeed very supportive unlike in colleges out of gujarat ragging and all that harassment is done to juniors. But here juniors and seniors work in coordination.

I think this college is ment for taking useless exams .other colleges have only one midsem while this has 2 midsems and there is no best of 2 concept here. And hence avg of 2 is finally taken into consideration. Also weekle tests are conducted and students are pressurised to score and threatened if not they ll loose bonus marks. so yes pressure and hectic ness is tthere a lot

The admission process is conducted by ACPC and merit considered is. 60% of 12th percentile and 40% of JEE mains percentile. and on basis of that merit college is allotted. I had 88.96 percentile in 12th and 84 percentile in JEE so I had pretty good score and hence I was given rank 8171 out of around 80000 students opting for Degree Engg courses. I was alloted LJIET from my filled choices of colleges.

Faculties are indeed very good and supportive. They are always willing to leovide their best possible knowledge to the students. No grudges or partiality. They teach in class very well provide through content of the subject and make students capable to conpete and score in exams at their utmost capability.
