It was our state AP's entrance examination for engineering. EAMCET, I scored 98/160. Also my IPE % was 93. I needed a better score to get admission in JNTU K or AU. And GVPCOE was the next best with most of career n placement opportunities in AP. Hence I ended up here.

GVP COE is one of the best colleges in AP. There is also a history of our college fetching placement s from giants like Google and Microsoft. The course diaries will be provided in the beginning of every semester. And we know ahead of time which chapter is going to start on which date. And who is the staff that's gonna take care.

Yes, for R&D students there shall be many projects that they need to handle for which they were paid. They were paid 3000 per month. sometimes 5000/month based on the work.

Again it's the best college after the universities. I am not sure of ℅ rate of placements. When I was in final year 208 were placed by TCS 3.25 Lpa 98 by Infosys 3.3 Lpa, 89 by wipro 2.75 Lpa, 25 by tech mahindra 3.25 Lpa, 25 by syntel 3 Lpa, 11 by niyantra technologies 2.5 Lpa, 11 by I do not remember name no matter how much I recall it was 3.45 L is offered.

There were numerous events. College national fest, r department wise feats. Where we conduct numerous tech presentations, projects and science papers dept wise if it's a national fest. There will be play stalls where people can come play . Cultural events include singing karaoke, dance group or single, Skits, Group musical band etc.

Fee structure when u was there was comparitive lt less than what it is now. Base fee that includes infrastructure fee maintenance and library charges and exam fees 10,000 And 35,000 PA college fee. Now it's around 70kPA I guess I m not sure. If you are staying in college hostel the fee is 50k PA.

I got scholarship from my state govt. As my mother's annual income us less than 1LPA back then. Loans I do not have good idea. But yes I had many friends who has taken loans.

Must say one if beautiful days of anyone's life. Gender ratio will be 2:1 boys:gals. Many students come from different states like Assam, up, Maharashtra. Extracurricular activities will be happening throughout the year, especially taken care by a special committee lead by a lecturer. And judging auditions everything is so transparent.

We get mail invites from college for various events. Especially for GVP alumni meet. Where we can meet many of our friends. Due to work n project constraints I dint get a chance of attending.

Admission was via EAMCET score.For which we were trained for EAMCET in Katayama Institution. After the score was released, we will be given a form in near by authorised centre which is any authorised college that provides this form to us. We can opt for desired colleges listing from top priority college.
