Remarks

Nmat- 170 marks. Later there was an online PI where several questions were asked. I had not applied to any other colleges much. After getting into IBS, I scrapped the other college options. There was no counselling as such for IBS.

Course Curriculum Overview

I choose this cause I was interested to know more about management and marketing. Faculties are friendly and patient. Exams are online on their quicforce website. Faculty: student ratio, I am not sure about it.

Internships Opportunities

There are various companies which come for placements and internship. A few of them are- zomato, nestle, fanatisch, jio creative lab, outlooks etc. usually internships are unpaid and final placements have offers ranging from six lakh per annum.

Placement Experience

From semester 3 students are eligible for placements. Companies do start coming in from the Second year, august. Cgpa, percentages are taken into consideration. Plans after my degree are to settle with a good company and maybe after 5 years start something of my own.

Fees and Financial Aid

Thereeee is nooo hikee in feeeess! It is Rs8 lac which was since the start. I got a merit scholarship from IBS, Mumbai. Also, they provide aummer internships and 100% final placement offers. Stiped can be somewhere around six lakhs per annum.

Campus Life

Due to covid, the entire college/ MBA life has been online. So all I can talk about is online events, online lectures, zoom call, their own website through which we give exams i.e quicforce, their portal. Also, various events take place over a zoom call or YT platform.

Interview Experience

It was an online interview. There was a panel of 2 and several questions were asked. I got in IBS, Mumbai through my NMAT scores. I prepared myself by updating about general knowledge and current affairs.

My SBS Journey

Placement Experience:

During my time the first company that visited our organization was Naukri.com, and feel proud to say that i got placed in the same organization. I am very happy with my placement. But talking about my peers. Number of companies who visited to our institute was compared to low as per our expectations. Majority of the companies who visited the institute were sales based organizations. Very less companies for finance and HR field. This made a difficult call for students.

Not a dream college but a real one

Placement Experience:

The placement scenerio at our caollege can be described as average overall. Most recruiting company belong to the banking and supply chain sectors. Marketing students generally have better placement opportunities, while finance and HR students do get job, though the package are not very high. Buswiness analytics has limited scope as very few companies visit the campus for the roles in that domain.

from 2 sem you get to apply from interships and from 5th sem for placements ,i applied for only company which was tiaa one of the most biggest mnc in india who is direct compitator of jp morgan , i got a package of 6 lacks ctc per anum but the highest package was 12 lacks , the college has a policy that all student gets placed no students are left behind

Promising campus with room for better faculty.

Placement Experience:

After sem 4 we get final placement companies in the campus there are total 200 plus companies come to the campus till september to november almost 35 companies already come to the campus. The companies are ICICI, HDFC, RISHAB WORLD, INSYNC, DENSTU, ITC, BHARAT ELECTRONICS, CORDELIA CRUISE, MORNING STAR, NOMURA, NYKA, NAUKRI.COM. the highest package was given by a company name bharat electronics for HR specialization is 12 lakhs per annum. Almost in my time there 35percent get placed. I plan after degree is first 3-5 yrs in corporate lufe then after own business.

To be honest there are placements but the placements are like no one want to be there it is just something unacceptable for the HR students . The promises the long talks are all false and they doesn't focus on students future and career rather they care for just attendance

Course Curriculum Overview:

I did choose this course as I am genuinely interested in management and if it is healthcare management that makes me excited. There is a different teaching faculty for each and every subject. The faculties are highly qualified market professionals and experts who teach in an extremely interactive and practical way. They are very supportive. There was one exam conducted per semester which included projects and written exams.

Remarks:

No such bad remarks though. As the college is very superior and one can take admission with complete ease as the college faculty, staff, workers are very helpful and there motive is very clear and remarkable. This college surely helps students in grooming and enhancing skill to the top.
