I applied for MBA course and I got selected for MBA course. I am from general category and I cleared CAT exam so I got admission in IIM Kolkata. Criteria for admission is to clear CAT exam and also have good marks in 10th & 12th board and also in Bcom. No there is no admission process during counselling.

I had choosen this course because of my interest in the field of business. Faculties are very good and they have very good teaching experience. Qualification for the faculty is 7 to 8 years teaching experience and degree of MBA. Term exams held two times every yearyear. Difficulty is moderate.

Internships Opportunities

Companies like GOOGLE TCS AMAZON are providing internship to us with the stipend of 5 to 10 thousand rupees. They give us management and marketing projects and many more tasks to do. This system is very good.

Placement Experience

From fourth semester students are eligible for campus placement. Companies like TCS, AMAZON SAMSUNG visited and about 15 to 20 lakh package they are giving. Highest placement is approx 1 crore and the average package is 15 to 20 lakh rupees. 100 percent students are getting placedplaced. I want to do job in Amazon

Fees and Financial Aid

Fee of this college is very high a middle class family can't afford this fee but they are providing high quality education. Scholarship provides to those who can't afford the fee but they are very good in studies. I am a college passed student and a got a very good job placement in small industry limited company.

Campus Life

Renaissance is the fest whish held every year in the month of September. The fest is very important for us. Every kind of books are available in our library. Smart boards fans ac duct all are provided. Maximum types of sports are conducted indoor as well as outdooroutdoor. There are four social groups.

Course Curriculum Overview:

I chose the course only because of our HOD, but after completing my course, he left the course. He has helped us with all the things like web development and seo skills. By doing it practically for every student, he offers a domain for every student. I had difficulty with Google Ads & meta ads because it was taught by another faculty. The exam times were different by 3 months.

Till now I am seeing in my own eyes that in previous year, there is a 270 student in marketing and now right now the 15 student left to place and rest of the team are already placed to a many companies like ENYF Flipkart in Bandan Bank ICICI bank in a mini sector in FMCG also and FMCT also, but and retail, but I told that the ratio of placement is too higher than other college and also giving the good package is. The main thing with the job rule should be maintain the package.

The eligibility for this course is having a bachelor's degree with minimum of 55% of marks and then the cut off for CAT exam varies from student to student. They calculate the composite scores for every student considering different factors like academic background, work experience, gender diversity, past academics, etc. I would recommend that the institute should have a fair shortlisting criteria which should be disclosed to everyone because I saw people topping the CAT exam still not getting calls from institute because of their strict criteria especially for general engineer male....Read More
