I have got into Lendi college through EAMCET which is an entrance exam for engineering in Andhra Pradesh state. My rank in EAMCET is 25945. I was so much interested in Electronics and communication engineering, so this was the best college for me around my locality at that time.

Our college is affiliated to Jawahar Nehru technological university(JNTU) Kakinada. Course curriculum of all the colleges affiliated to JNTU are prepared by JNTU itself. It covers all the subjects needed for the respective departments. And coming to electives, from 3rd year 2nd sem electives started for us, like telecommunications, DSP which are more helpful in further studies.

Lendi college doesn't provide internship but they do send us to the industrial training after the completion of third year. This training is mandatory for all the students. During my course work i have done my training in cyclone warning centre which helped me to know about the working of the particular company.

Lendi College is improving year by year in providing placements to the students. We were the second batch for the college, still they provided the best they can get for us. Companies like Tech Mahindra, HCL came to the college. For the further batches many more companies came with package of 3lpa.

Mostly the Gender ratios in the Engineering colleges is 2:1. Lendi college is also following the same. People gets the seat in the college based on the merit not based on gender and according to govt, girls do have a separate reservation. Student clubs parties also will happen every year. Sports events also will happen every year.

Recently they have started alumni network for all the old students. They have elected a president and vice president for it. They will inform all the old students whenever the college organises an alumni event. This is being very helpful to get in contact with all the old friends.

After the EAMCET result was announced, the govt released a notification for counselling. I applied for a list of colleges around my city, based on my rank and department i chose for, I got Lendi college. This process took two months for certificate verification and then counselling which is online.

When i was studying in the college, All the professors used to support us in all the ways academically. All the professors are well qualified and easy approachable to the students. They used to create an interest in students about the subjects. There are few PhD holders and Masters in faculty.
